How does the game fit the theme?
We’ve all been there: you have created the perfect game, but the play testers just don’t get it. The mechanics? Too difficult. The obstacles? Impossible. And the story? Makes no sense. So, you change your game further and further…

What could go wrong?

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Music and sound (listed in the game's description) :)

a very cool interpretation of the theme, made me laugh a few times and the ending was great, if you want nothing to go wrong, do nothing, very cool

Developer

Love the ambience of the game! Made me chuckle all the way through!

Great job!

Very cute and clever concept! Are there multiple endings?

Developer(+1)

There’s only one ending for now—I wanted to keep the message clear. However, I know some players find it a bit too sad, so I might add a happy ending in a post-jam update!

This was so cute! Very thoughtful in the process and meaning of the ending. Love the way only the characters feet move when walking

Developer(+1)

thank you! I was worried I messed the walking up, so that is nice to hear :)

It's a fun one, with an nice story and a sad ending, which makes you think about how much your game can change if you listen too much to the players' feedbacks. Well done!

Developer

thank you :)

Honestly so cute, I laughed the whole time! The game tester in me turned around and ran right into the fire cx
Such a fun game!

Developer

Thank you! I really wanted to capture that aspect of playtesting vs. real gameplay and playtesting vs. developing. Glad you enjoyed it!

Hahah that was a very fun game. I am sorry, god, for annoying you this much with my deaths. I liked the music, I think it reminded me a lot of a game I played a while ago called Arafell! Very whimsical. Good job m8!

Developer

Thank you. I’m a huge fan of metahumor and metahorror games, so I’ll definitely check out Arafell!

Nice, very funny. Love the cute player sprite. I laughed at the use your surroundings sign.  Would like to have more to do - I mostly moved right and died sometimes, would love to see more parts like the bee hive. I likethe grumpy god sounds. Cute game!

Developer

Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the humor and the little details like the grumpy god sounds and the "use your surroundings" sign. I definitely wanted to add more unique deaths, puzzles, and gameplay moments like the beehive, but time was short, so I had to focus on the essentials. I really appreciate your feedback!

Developer

thanks :)

Haha, this is very funny! I particularly like the god's voice. Sad ending though!

Developer

We wanted to keep the game's message clear, but there might be a happy ending coming in a post-jam update!

Hehe, it seems he just... died again :)
