The art is great, love the underwater theme you have going! The music adds a fantastic layer of auditory spice. Your idea of sticking characters together is really similar to the core mechanic of my game, but I feel like you're suffering the same issues I'm encountering where the controls are just too convoluted and messy. You're movement is great though, I feel like if I was able to remap buttons this game would be a lot better! I hate to advertise my own game here, but it's so similar to this one I'd love it if the devs would check it out and give some feedback, I feel like together we can come up with some great ways to improve both games!
Wow thanks for the detailed response!! Will definitely check your game out soon! Just gotta get through my queue first!
Very nice and clean. Good job!
Really cool stuff, it's impressive to see the amount, and how clever some of the puzzle are in such a short timeframe.
Hi Harrisandwhich!
This was a fun underwater adventure! I loved that the characters had their own personalities and voices associated with them. It's a cool concept to lose abilities (such as jumping) when disconnected, and to transfer them to the other character when connected. An excellent idea that was well executed!
Best,

really enjoyed the aquatic theme.Good idea and good fun, definitely pretty. A really fun experience overall! ~ Check out my entry when you get time :D
This was a cool way to implement the theme of the jam! The art felt very well executed and the switch between the characters was smooth. Great job!
The puzzles were really nicely designed, i think this is my favourite game that ive played so far from this jam! The sound effects + music were icing on the cake, i never got tired of GUH HUHHH ahhahahaha
Feels good to play :) love the art style and music.
Heyy!! Thanks for playing! For anyone else reading, I also enjoyed this person's submission! So wacky!!
The game feels great to play and looking at the greatly designed characters makes me smile. A really fun experience overall!
I really enjoyed your use of the aquatic theme. It gave this game a unique feeling. The sounds of both characters were also incredibly fun :D
Good idea and good fun, definitely pretty original in terms of controlling 2 characters
Very cool idea! I loved the art style and puzzles :D Super neat entry to the jam! Please check out mine when you have time. I also use TAB to switch character control haha
The soundbites of those little guys are gonna be stuck in my head now... Great game- well designed and presented well!
I'm really impressed! This was fun to play and it looks amazing! Great job, ya'll!
Thank you thank you! Great job to you too! WOO making games!!!
It works well! It certainly feels polished, at least for a browser game, though it does have a bit of that indie "no grace period when jumping from the edge of a cliff"; I think it would make the controls feel more responsive. That's just a tiny polish nitpick though, it's very solid as it is!
Ha, one of us had suggested adding that, but it was in that last 6 hours daze where we were all panicking about getting something complete out.
I found myself actually finishing the game, I really liked it! The twist of fusing each character to get both characteristics is super insteresting and could even be seen fleshed out with more levels and hazards!
Peeping at the team discord, apparently there's plenty of ideas that people have so there may just be more levels added soon enough!!
Also thank you for playing!!!!
The character art and animations are very nice. Sounds also fit the characters nicely. Levels look good overall. A bit hard to juggle both characters in some situations, but it is fun.
Thank you yeah! Fun fact, we had no idea what the game was going to look like even halfway through the jam, most of the things were still placeholder. At some point were thinking of them being human-like creatures, at some point the words "metal" and "wood" were thrown around. But then once one of the character animations was made, everything suddenly became ocean inspired!
Great concept! I love that when you come together you get both benefits but half as good. This is the best one I've played of the games that have you control two characters. I love the art too!
What high praise!!! Thank you so much!!
Nice puzzle game, great use of the theme!
Some clever puzzles (and I'm also glad for the option to skip levels for some others ;)). It cracked me up whenever the characters were making those big opened eyes while jumping together.
The controls felt a bit off. I can't really say what was the sole reason for that, but switching between characters and attaching with those specific buttons wasn't as smooth as I'd like it to be.
it was level 2 wasn't it hahaha
Level 2 was the soul breaker
Hi I couldn't beat level 2 :)
some people are still stuck on level 2 til this day… luckily there’s a level skip ;)
That was a great feature to add!
