Perfect jam game! just the right level of ambition. great concept and gorgeous style to boot. Hope you continue working on it going forward

This is challenging, intuitive, and extremely enjoyable. It's a very fun RTS that I can't find fault with, and it's a very good base for an even larger game.

The control feels more like a suggestion, and that is very good as you have to carefully guide the infected around the dangerous area. The way all entities wander around gives life to them, and it's so fun playing all the levels that are offered.

I am very impressed by this game, honestly. Absolutely well done, man!

This is pretty much an RTS which is really neat to see in a jam. I like how the “zombies?” kind of had a mind of their own so you need to plan around them a bit. I also like the visual style of the game.

This is how you make a game. Well done.

Minimal graphics/sound etc, simple mechanics, and most importantly FUN.

Thanks!

It's a bit like the game where you are a virus and evolve until the world is completely infected. I enjoyed playing it. too bad there aren't more levels, but hard to implement more in 48 hours.

Very entertaining and the presentation is suberb. Good job!

This is sleek!! The challenge is well-balanced too. Great work ^-^

I really loved this one! Such an elegant core mechanic and a very neat execution. I especially liked the little touches like that the zombies seem to move slower uphill then downhill. The last level took me a little while to beat and almost made me wish I could speed up the time on the level.

wow the voxel graphics are so sleek and clean, and the death animations are perfect! really awesome work in just 48hrs, great job!

The graphics are absolutely stunning! I really enjoyed your implementation of the voxel style.

It's quite satisfying to lead a horde of zombies and infect entire villages... does that sound weird?

As a suggestion, it would be great to have an alternative button to command the horde to move to a specific location and stop pursuing other villagers. Sometimes, they endlessly chase after a single villager who's running towards a turret lol.

I am being serious when I say this deserves to win the 2023 game jam. Well done.

Wow, well done. The AI was surprisingly smart. I'm not sure i like losing control once the zombies find a target, but it's probably a good way to not make the game too easy with full micro management control. The game looks really cool and quite polished.

This is REALLY good. You managed to get a very satisfactory AI behaviour, every tiny voxel people feels actually alive and scared for their lives, while every tiny voxel zombie feels like realistically chasing after each victim. Also, the visuals are super cute and fun to watch.
Congrats, this is a solid entry for the jam!

i love the look and feel of this game! tiny voxels are so satisfying to watch.

Also, a great game play and mechanics! i could see this being a really fun strategic game.

Don't normally comment, but just wanted to say congrats on an amazing submission.  Great concept and execution!  Best thing I've played in the jam (played about 30 games so far).

I think this needs a mobile version. I see me playing it before bed.

It's obvious there was a lot of work put into the A.I. which is impressive for 48 hour project.  I could see this being expanded into a more full game in the future.

Great work on polishing this game off. I really enjoyed the simplicity and completness. My favourite was to click and watch the hoard haha

Very crisp visually and mechanically. The staccato movement reminds me of stop motion animation. I loved that the enemies with guns would kite the horde.  If you keep working on it later a level editor would really make the game shine.

The art is simple but clean and pleasant to watch. The AI is also nicely tuned, and their behaviours added to the strategic elements. Great job!
