It was fun tossing the cubes around! Failing the last level was really punishing, especially when I had no idea how to open the final EXIT after opening the blue doors in the final room 🤔

But overall I enjoyed 👍

With a simple base mechanic you managed to add a lot of content to this game! I really enjoyed the levels involving the boxes physics.

With the unreal engine, I really loved the lighting overall. The visuals are simple but effective, shaping a great overall theme to the game. Loved the box physics as well, although I can't throw it that well haha. One small thing I noticed was that the invisible wall is casted directly above the ceiling, making some interactions a bit unexpected. A suggestion to that would be to either add the invisible wall as an invisible extension to the walls or to make it semi-transparent---so the player knows there is a bound up there. Hopefully I explained this haha my wording is a bit weird.

The game has a fair amount of difficulty but is extremely enjoyable! I wasn't able to get past the final level though.. I didn't have enough time to get 4 balls. However, the amount of new mechanics introduced there is really impressive!

Great job!

I encountered what I think is a bug with the timer. I tried restarting the game but still encounter the bug. I get the game over Again message around the 25s left mark, it's not always the exact same time but around there. In the longer level it ended with over 1min left.

I found the switch explosion very satisfying and funny. I had fun despite the timer thing.

Developer

Thank you alottt, so  i dont know why the timer bug is still there , i tried to fix it many times and in the final build it seem to be fixed but looks like no , I  am so sorry

Submitted

That's an unfortunate bug to have. I'm sure you would have fixed if you had more time!

Developer

Thank you alott , you can beat it , just go to level 5 and try to save as much time as possible and the timer will increase at the end

Okay, as promised, I reviewed this game too! As I was on a Mac, it was a bit painfuly slow (not going to take you points away for that; its not a game intended for Mac) and the right click didnt work, for a lack of a mouse. So I wasn't able to finish the last two levels. Even though I had this issue, I can see that the game felt very polished; grabbing the cubes was really nice and way less clunky than when I tried to design something similar.  The game idea was nice, too (the first labyrinth level in particular). A quite unique interpretation of the theme.

Good job :)

I enjoyed the variety of puzzles and iterative mechanics. Great work in unreal for such a short amount of time. Keep it up!

Consider disabling advanced rendering features like nanite for a smoother experience next time. I liked the box throwing puzzles though. Very cool!

Developer

Ok i will learn how to make it like an option , will try , thank you alot for honest response also )I CANT STOP PLAYING YOUR GAME )

Haha I'm so glad you enjoyed! It was super hard to beat the timers in your game on the first try!

I plan on adding a couple more features and songs to my game after the jam rating session is over. Stay tuned!
