Launcher (Jam Version)

Behold my latest creation: Launcher! If you like the classic boomer shooter genre (think Quake and Team Fortress) then you'll probably like this.

Granted, right now it's super tiny with just one level that can easily be beaten in under a minute (My best time's 15.13).

Here's what I managed to cram in:

• 3 enemy types
• A level made using Trenchbroom (although the entity work was done inside Godot)
• Lava
• Really cool sliding doors (this is the future)
• An insanely fun (but loud) power up
• Enough particles to lag out what this game is based on
• 3 hidden secrets
• A partridge in a pear tree

Made for the Patch Notes v1.0 game jam. I'd tell you what the "unintentional" mechanic is, but that'd spoil the element of discovery. And also make it feel less unintentional.

Mini update coming after the jam ends! Expect the upcoming version to be more speedrun-friendly.
