I don't think I am the monster here, I clearly lost my keys, and I profusely apologized to the citizens of the city I enthusiastically ran directly through.
The animation and pixel art is great, and running through buildings has a certain satisfaction to it.

The pixel art is like a fine wine, and the explosions when you stomp through everything are ridiculously satisfying. I loved the intro/outro and how it takes you there and back again. From a fellow pixel art enthusiast, I found it surprisingly emergent and engaging. Epic. Well done.

Thanks cywizz! Not the first time I’ve used Aseprite, have used it plenty in the past, but first time figuring out the Unity side of pixelart, and started experimenting a day or two before I found out about the jam. 😁 Appreciate the comment, thanks! 🙏
aaa ok. Yea it takes a while to get into the workflow, but I quite enjoyed the asesprite importer functionality in unity for both the art and animations as I hate the exporting and importing manually. I used it a lot for one of my previous games.

This was so cute and charming! The sounds and visuals were super satisfying - excellent stuff! I'd have loved to walk back towards the ocean only to realize, well, no spoilers, but anything to spend more time watching the chaos haha
