Narrative masterpiece. I think it works very well mechanically with nice art too, but I'm not a fan of how you get caught on the rocks. As in, having to dodge them makes sense, but then when you hit one you just get stuck and dragged to the bottom of the screen, where you either get killed by an off screen shark or the rock despawns and you float on back to the play field. Maybe being able to shake off of the rock somehow would be a nice addition? Oh and being able to skip the intro too.
Thanks for feedback! Actually you can press space to jump over the rocks, but the feature was added pretty last minute so it's not explained in the intro ;-;
The feature is still a little janky rn so if we do a post-jam update hopefully it will be improved

The game was fun and the cutscene was funny. At some point when I was out of ammo, I was constantly jumping over the sharks over and over again in hopes of survival, but failed. My top score is around 68.

A nice game, the first intro is pretty funny! I would've like if it could to move the up and down. I really liked that you need to conserve ammo, as most games of this type you can mindless shoot, which is not a bad thing per say.

Wow! Very fun game. Between dodging rocks, collecting items, and shooting sharks, the game kept me captivated. I only shot the sharks when they got close, which made the gameplay a little less dynamic, but it was still very fun nonetheless.

The intro was really funny, and had me instantly hooked on the game, and I just really loved the theme of the game; one of my favorites so far.
