Not sure if incomplete. Didn't do anything for me after char creation. One thing that made me rethink playing was having to allocate 300 points one click at a time. Glad there is an increment control to allocate multiple at a time,
Was trying to create a character as well, the menu seems to be broken in some parts but overall, I did like you had customization options most games don't have it so would have loved to see more!
Unfortunately the game doesn't seem to work beyond the soul creation screen, all the buttons there kinda work, but at the moment of pressing "create" it just go back to the soul slots... Let me know if you fix it!
I created my character 'soul' and then it vanished straight away.
If that ain't cosmic horror I don't know what is ...
