How does your game fit the theme?
The ouroboros must feed on its own tail to build up the energy to ascend. While the tail regenerates over time, being too greedy will cause the serpent to devour itself and die. The loop is both in the ring-like form of the serpent eating itself and in the cycle of feeding on its own tail as it keeps growing back.

The concept is simple but the last level is diabolical xD

A short but sweet challenge. The final level was surprisingly difficult! I love the art-style and it's whole spacey/spiritual vibe.

I was shocked at how fun this game was. It is so simple but works really well.  It was just enough challenge to make the game feel achievable and rewarding. The art and audio were great, too! Nice job!

Thanks so much for the kind words!

A charming little clicker game. Nicely polished, everything felt cohesive.

I'm too impatient to be good at it though!

Well done on your first solo and jam entry :)

Nice clicker game! Super cute and polished, great job working on it as 1 person! I wish there was a bit more complexity like clicker games have (powerups, abilities) to lengthen the time I could play, seems like I could only survive the first 1 levels (maybe skill issue??) Text was a little hard to read like another commenter said, other than that it was a fun experience!

Thanks a lot for playing! The trick is to keep an eye on the length of the ouroboros and find the right rhythm/stop clicking at the right time to make the Energy bar go up faster than the Hunger bar. Easier said than done, I know :)) Powerups and skills are a good idea, maybe I'll keep working on this in the future!

Neat little clicker! Love the simple art and colors!

The pixel font is a bit too small, make it hard to read, though the game is simple enough that's it is not an issue.

Good luck!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! Now that you mention it, the font is indeed a bit small. I recommend playing full screen!
