I was accidentally developing an RPG game with the same theme as the jam and I wanted to ask if it's allowed even if it's not so visual (only the dialogues are)

Generally we prefer submissions that were made explicitly for the competition, but as long as it fits the themes and otherwise follows the rules, it's fine.
