The reset minigame button makes it possible to waste all the money since it takes 1%, with enough clicks you'll be then able to waste with large mouse movements, but you can't go negative, there's a quick losing screen actually!
About the bottle, it's not a full 360° that is required, but a 250°, the spin while holding the bottle is not counted, it's really at the moment you ungrab it.
