Very stylish. The controls were very smooth. Turning an established trope like a ghost race into the core mechanic is a cool idea. I think it can be improved a little though. Nothing is stopping the player from deliberately getting a terrible time so they can easily score points. Perhaps consider adding a par time or something, to force the player to go fast. Or perhaps you can record ghosts for every race so the game becomes about constantly improving your time.

Well there are no points, so I didn't think it really matters. It's really just about the vibe of getting into that flow hitting every corner fluently. 

The ghost does record every lap, it's always the ghost of your previous lap :)
