I'm sorry, I don't know what else you could do. The only idea I have is if you delete it and redownload it. Other than that, I'm not sure.
I already tried redownloading it. I'm on Windows 11. Well, thanks for the help trying to fix it. Tomorrow I'll try to download it on a different computer.
Also, are you on an older version of Windows?
