The 3-dimensional shooting mechanics are pretty cool. I don't think I saw mechanics like that before. They take some getting used to, though.
However, I almost didn't download the game because of the content warning. If you can't fix that right now, it might help to add a little info about yourself on the itch.io page to build trust. (E.g. your name the social links in your profile or something like that.)
