Do you have a portfolio or anything I can look at to gauge your skill level? I would definitely need a game designer/developer to help me of course. As did if this is experience I’d reshare, it’ll start out as a passion project, and eventually, if people stick with it long enough, we will get it published and then we can talk revshare. I am fully committed to making sure everyone who participates in the development if the game is paid via revshare. In the event this becomes published of course which is the end goal.

i have posted on my twitter cherbul productions about my current project and i have a google slide that's shows my design for my game digicritters i have self taught myself for years will be going to college for game design and have my own LLC company for my game studio you can look it up on https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/BESearch.aspx?SearchType=0 and my slide for  my game digicritters is here https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1_9hfNeWImgIVo-xTDcNjHCPcU2y6VVd1F6cDNiSe... just trying to give as much as i can

Are you experienced in the Unreal Engine?

i havent used it much i have used unity but i am 100% sure i can figure it out plus alot of game design is outside of that

I would get some experience with it it first then perhaps you could join me. I mean, the post says “must have experience with unreal engine”

but a designers job doesn't need the use of a game engine i am meant to map out designs for the game and work with programmers and artists so they understand what is needed

That doesn’t really matter here.  The post says you must have experience with the unreal engine, you don’t have it. Besides, I’d be lead game designer anyway. So there’s not really a point in having two of us. Please re-read the post.

Side note, the caveat to “a designers job doesn’t need to use the game engine” is inherently false. When you’re at the indie or AA level, you most certainly do. Even if you’re in a AAA corporation, while you are hands off, you typically need coding, programming, artistic, or something technical in experience regardless.
