imo, you shouldnt quit your job..develop some game in your spare time. If you hardly find spare time, try develop simple or easy to make game..Or maybe, try hire some of early game developer and ask them to develop game for you..Usually early developer, they wanna develop it for experience, so their demand on gettin something arent that expensive, some of them wanna do it volunteerly

if you're wondering, why do I want to went for downloads version? the answer is, I want to give better experience in playing. Putting it in browser will be heavy if the game is wayy too heavy. Especially making better graphhic or details..So, if you need extended, you can go get Yummy Grills

Wise person once advices to get fanbase first, then when you already has  a community, then probably ready for the paid version. Atleast, make it affordable
