Thank you very much for your kind comment!
We indeed intend to extend the game, with an early release including small adjustments and taking into account the feedbacks we got from the Jam! stay tuned and you should see the next version very soon :)

Very nice! One of my favourites for this jam :)
Well done, the game is the perfect length and difficulty for this setup and your idea was simple but efficient enough so you could really polish it!

Cool game! Puzzle are clever and the format is perfect for a game jam. Good job! I had fun thank you for that

thank you so much for your kind comment :)

Thank you for your comment!
I think you're right, We wanted it to be hinted through the building animation that stops/ starts but it's definetely not obvious enough.

Well done, Comrade.

I live in Germany for one year now, and I can feel the pain.

I laughed hard when playing your game and reading your game page. Thank you for that!

Very original game with cool art. Loved the story behind your youg self drawing things you actually use later, that's very cool! Quite enjoyed the moment of pure discovery, thanks for that and well done!

Thanks to you I was able to bas fast as f for once.

Nice game, shame it lagged but we can still enjoy your game!

I crashed my car many times stuck in the grass, I don't know if it was planned or not but that's kind of the theme, yea?

Nice game! especially the art which I found really fun and nice. I didn't really get though how the scoring system worked, maybe it was linked to the theme so that's why I found it confusing. Still had fun! thank you for that

Very good art work and nice mysterious music to go with. I did not really get how the theme was included, but likey it anyway! it was nice to play I had fun so thank you for that ;)

maybe something to do with the webGL templates. We used PWA I think

Hey! We first tought of stopping the game after 14 days, but to make it funnier for players we decided to remove the end game for now and let the players play as long as they want!

Nice that you found the exploit :)

thank you :)

thank you for your comment :)
You are right we could have forced the player to gather enough resources from the previous stage to go to the next, but we really wanted the player to be free of the order in which the buildings are built nd upgraded, giving him more true choices and maybe making them want to try other strategies after winning/ failling

Thank you very much :)

Hey!

You have an option in the itch game setup page

Good job! I enjoyed playing but I have to admit that I got stuck after banging my head on so many walls and trying all the exit doors, I never went past the first stage... Anyway the music gives a good mood and I lobe 1bit art when it is well done like here. Thank you!

I was very frustrated at first that I didn't understand anything, and then I got it with the readme!

I never could finish stage 1, maybe I did not get everything but after dying 3 times because the red area is totally isolated, I feel that your automata should have a little tweaks to always let a way in.

Anyway, well played, it's a great idea to include a cellular automata in a game like this, I never played a game like this, so thank you!

Hello there!

First of all, thank you for uploading this game. This is the first time ever I play a game made like this and I was suprised! To be honest, your game is a little short to really get a woaw effect, but I still had a good time playing it. I find it cool the way you included the audio as part of a meta element around the theme. Well done!

Hello! I had a good time playing this game, especially thank's to the art and music. It is really well polished for these aspects. But I have to say that the controls are a little bit hard. I think for a well finished game, the spiders are ok, but for a game jam you usaually like to have the levels easily finished so the players testing your game can see the whole game and not get frustrated over a harder level. That said, I had fun, it is really well written, the humor is good and well balanced. Nice game!

Very nice! I achieved day 26 and am pretty proud of me. Jokes aside, the gameplay loop is funny and the game is pretty well balanced so congrats! I had a lot of fun playing it so thank you for that :)

Nice concept! I didn't get any cards with extra chaos I think and even with the logs, I had a hard time understanding what exactly happened. Overall it is a very good idea but I think it needed a little more time to get polished and more comprehensive. Anyway I had fun and that's what's important so thank you and well done !

Very nice! The way the theme was implemented is really clever. If I have one little improvement area, it would be the level design of the end part. I found it a little chaotic. Anyway the art and music were really good and I had a lot of fun so thank you!

Very cool! I especially loved some musics, and the gameplay with simple but the level design makes this game very good! I have to admit that I didn't get the input buffer thing, I suppose we should use the lage to make maybe bigger jumps but maybe needed a little more of a tutorial here ! Anyway I had fun and thank you for this ;)

thank you very much for this kind comment :)

hi there! thank you very much for playing and enjoying our game
That's a nice idea I add to our backlog for the after jam!

thank you very much :)
to clarify this point, we didn't show it in the tutorial (game jam rush brain fart from me) but when a factory doesn't have enough resource to produce, it "crashes" and stops until you activate it back manually. We wanted this mechanic to add more user interraction with the buildings besides upgrading, but forgot to tell the player about it... our bad!
Anyway thanks for enjoying our game!

thank you for your comment!
I agree with you on the fact that this mechanic is was too hidden. We tried to hint it with the title of the trading computer "now with 12 bits encoding" but I think it was a big mistake to assume that it would be enough.

Very fun to play, nicely done in only 4 days !
