I have a theory that if you have to invest in marketing. Make an instagram, youtube, etc about your game and have something that makes it stand out like comedy or horror in those social media posts. But what do I know?

No, it’s hard. Games would need something like a volunteer media manager to help with marketing.

I always wondered if starting a game channel (play itch.io games) on a youtube competitor (bitchute, odysee, rumble) would be a good idea.

thank you so much to for playing my game. green tiles me are selectable tiles. blue tiles are selected tiles and cannot be selected again. red tiles are temporarily not selectable for that turn. Red tiles will always be the “neighbors” (left and right) of last selected tile. You can select 1 or 2 tiles each turn.

that’s a great idea!

I like the card list and encounters. I think it’d be a little better if was just one PDF with a table of contents (how to play, game mechanics, card list, encounters). Like a generic game guide. It might be a good idea to put the version of the game on the document in case you update it.

Maybe making a discord could help build your community around this game

I ended up dying but no worries. I like the concept. I don’t have a patreon account so I would like to see the core mechanics worked on more like 6) Options Menu (Automatic Victory or Defeat when one of the two Avatars has no more cards on the Battlefield and in the Deck)
