I’m writing to request a re-indexing for my game, Xmas KPI.

The game was published 2 days ago and was appearing in search results correctly. However, after I uploaded a new build to add an achievement system and update some assets today, it completely disappeared from the search and browse pages.

I have read the "Getting Indexed" guide and verified my settings:

• The project is set to Public.
• It has a cover image and is fully playable in the browser.
• I have not used any misleading tags or made major changes to the metadata.

I suspect the automated filter may have flagged my account because I made a few quick updates in a short period to improve the game content. Since this is a seasonal game for Christmas, losing visibility during its launch window is very critical for the project.

Could a moderator please take a look and restore the indexing for this project?

Thank you! I tested the bonfire on my iPhone (no Mac here) and didn't get an error. Could you let me know what the error message was, ideally with a screenshot? Also, were you playing on a PC, phone, or tablet? I'd like to try and fix it!😭

Thanks for letting me know!  I've tried to reproduce the bug by interacting with the ghost using Space, Enter, and mouse clicks on both Chrome and Firefox, but I haven't been able to trigger the error.  Could you please tell me exactly how you triggered it? Any detail about your actions, browser, or device helps a lot!😭

Thank you for the suggestion! I just want to confirm, what do you mean by 'if respawn was a bit quickly'? When I tested it on my browser, the entire respawn process took about 8 seconds (roughly 1.5 seconds of black screen + 6 seconds of text + about 0.5 seconds of loading time). Did you experience a longer loading time? If so, could you tell me what browser and device (desktop/laptop/phone/tablet) you are using?

I've tested the game on my laptop (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) and my phone (Safari), but I haven't been able to reproduce the error. Could you please tell me a little more about your environment?

1. Are you playing on a desktop/laptop (PC/Mac) or a mobile device (phone/tablet)?

2. Which browser are you using? 

3. Does the issue persist if you click 'Clear Cache' on the title screen and restart the game?

The visuals look really nice! The spider, the computers, and the arrows are all cute.

It's a bit painful having to start over from Level 1 every time I die.

Am I deaf, or is there genuinely no sound at all?

Very interesting game! I wish holding down the direction keys would allow for continuous movement.

I didn't notice the angled roof at first. After reading the comments, I decided I absolutely had to try it. It was a great experience—I recommend everyone give it a try! 👍

That error message isn't part of the game. I couldn't reproduce it on Chrome and IE, so could you please tell me which browser you are using? Also, were you able to continue playing after the error appeared?
