This is indeed really cool sound design! Very well mixed and professionally put together. Such a clear direction and theme to both songs. The clicks and whirs just make you feel somewhere high tech in space. The second song is a really nice vibe as well, great stuff! Love the energy throughout and the arpeggios at the end :)
Incredible stuff! This definitely feels like an OST, every song felt like it belonged and provided a purpose or fit a theme. Honestly I don't really have any notes, everything was super professionally done, I was basically drooling the whole time it was such an enjoyable listen. Supernova Cannon especially was euphoric to listen to, felt right in place with some of my favorite game soundtracks! Kudos to you for such a great selection of music, well done!!
Really Strong! Super powerful with the guitar and bass, felt like the end of a movie, and it was able to hold that feeling throughout which is cool. I feel like the synths could even be utilized a bit more, for example the ending was really cool with the synth that bounced around, so more bits like that would be sick. Overall Really good! Great guitar playing :)
Really Cool! My favorite was probably The Beauty That Cannot Be Seen, although it was tough to pick :)
The other two songs have really nice progressions that keep things fresh while maintaining a solid foundation, and though perhaps a little busy at times, were very pleasant to listen to. The automation with the synths/effects was a big highlight as well.
The thing that stuck out to me about my favorite one, was how long it hovered with those pad chords, just building an ethereal sort of landscape with some interesting percussion to add energy, then the sudden switch towards the end completely transformed the piece. The lead synth(s) in that section occasionally going out of tune, then having some cool delay was sick. It really felt like a big release.
Overall really solid! I enjoyed listening to each a few times :)
Love it! such an endearing concept with some good tunes and fun gameplay. I loved the progression in difficulty from stationary cacti to tumbleweeds and skunks. The only minor critique I would give is the pistol just seems weaker than the other two powers, especially by the later stages. But I still very much enjoyed the pistol so it's not necessarily a bad thing. Anyway, this was a blast I really enjoyed it.
Good stuff :)
Beautiful game! All of its aspects come together to form a pretty well rounded experience. the music was nice and atmospheric, the backgrounds and characters/enemies were visually stunning too. The player character I thought controlled rather nicely as well, however it didn't seem to handle slopes as well as it maybe could have.
I liked the totem mechanic, it added a lot of replayability to each stage. plenty of room to grow this if you decide to, Great work!
Very cool! I was drawn in by the nice dark color palette, and I stayed for the game loop! Having enemy spawners constantly looping around what you've built up, alongside helpful things like friendly troops or markets made for some surprisingly deep gameplay. My only real suggestion / critique, is that the tutorial was a bit tricky to grasp with all the reading. However with as many mechanics at play as there are here, I don't think there's much avoiding that in a jam setting.
Well done! Had fun and enjoyed the vibe the game brought :)
Hello Everyone! I very much enjoy making a variety of music and would love to have a project to be inspired by! I already have about 100 songs published (free to download and use at The Free Music Store) and it would be great to work with someone / a team, to create something special for a project.
If having free music made personally for your project interests you, great news! Drop a response below, and we can discuss your needs :)
if you'd like to further discuss your project's details (maybe share some pictures or videos of it) contact me on Discord: jhawk2341
I look forward to the collaborations!
Very fun to figure out the best strategies! I spent actually quite a while playing this lol, I became a bit addicted.
A couple thoughts (I really like this game so if you continue working on it here are some suggestions )-
It would be nice to have an ability to speed up time, maybe by holding the screen to make the cycle go faster because sometimes I'd just be waiting for the cycle to loop again to get my rolls back.
The upgrade by one power was WAYY overpowered. I like the idea of it, and I also like that it's product dice can be used in the clone upgrade, but being able to put it back through the same upgrade made things way too easy to just choose whatever numbers you want.
As I got better at managing the timers while Solving the quest, I started craving something a bit more challenging. What you had for the jam was perfect, but you have an insane amount of room to expand this if you wanted to, whether that be with different operations other than just addition to make the sums, perhaps done by using special dice (for example subtraction dice that subtracts the dice to it's right from the sum on it's left), or maybe you could even add in semi-random events to keep the content fresh for longer.
Anyway as you can probably tell, this game got me unreasonably excited, there are so many directions you can take it. Good stuff!
Cool stuff! I love all the references to movies/shows you put in, really fun! Also really cool to have a fully voice acted intro cutscene, but it would be nice to be able to skip it after restarting the game to get back into the gameplay quicker. All the art and sounds were great as well, and I like the idea of having a quest system too.
Fun!
Played this for longer than I should've lol.
In the store, it was a little frustrating when (on the rare occasion) the price of the upgrade was the same as your current balance and you weren't allowed to buy it, so it would be nice to let the player get it.
Quite proud of the time I got in the end, Parking became so hard haha

I ended up downgrading my tires to the control + to be get a LITTLE bit of control back, but the three Red boosters were crazy fast
I love how quickly everything spiraled out of control! I also appreciate that each object had a different little micro-game attached to it to keep the gameplay fresh. I think having to do the dishes one by one was a little too harsh, it would be nice to be able to grab a stack of the dirty ones to allow for more time to prep the food.
It was also cool to see customers ask for different cook times for the meat, a nice variation.
Good stuff!
Made it on the Leaderboard! Just shy of third place tho :(
Really fun stuff! Always love to see a game with a leaderboard. The gameplay was nice and simple and the sounds and art were really on point and polished. I also tried playing on my phone which 100% worked! although my screen is a bit small so it was tough to hit all the little buttons and such, but if someone played on a tablet or something with a bigger touch screen, they could definitely get some crazy score.
I think the game could use some slight balancing, like making the sine wave one a little more lenient with when it counts the player's input, and the sanitation one as well was quite tough, but I very much enjoyed those two in particular for the challenge, they just need a bit of tweaking to make it feel a bit more fair to the player.
I really enjoyed this! Both on mobile and on my computer, you can take this project in whatever direction you want if you decide to keep working on it. Great stuff!
Cool stuff! A fun concept paired with great art and interesting gameplay! As a few others mentioned, the UI could use a bit of work, but that's fine for a jam game, I made sure to read the description before playing so I had a pretty solid idea of what the game was about. You could definitely continue development on this in the future if you so chose, plenty of room for expanding on the ideas already established so far.
Very good stuff!
Thanks so much for the feedback! I definitely agree about the driving, I initially had a lot more in mind for it (icl I WAYYYY over-scoped initially). Had to dial it back to get it done for the jam, and I agree that part feels a bit empty.
I'm so glad you were able to get that nature photographer feeling! The hawks are one of my favorite parts as well so I'm glad that feeling is mutual.
Thanks again for playing!
