I could see that happening.
Maybe some handwritten campaing of a couple of levels (Level is 4 quests in our game)

And some proceduraly generated endlessmode.

I cannot imagine proceduraly generating something that would be consistently funny, but as a guessing game it could work.

Though the quest themselves would probably have to be written in some consistent pattern unless we wanted to use an LLM and I don't like LLMs in games as much.

Thanks for a glowing review and we are glad you enjoyed it!

Good twist and it was not crazy difficult nor was I finding it easy. Good balance on difficulty.

Managed to do it with 11 questions and I enjoyed it a lot.

You just wait for Tipsword 76 and Tipsword: Legendary edition XD

Wow a very cool one. Felt like Geometry dash with extra steps and it is a compliment.

Glad to hear such high praise.

Happy to see that you found our gambling enjoyable.

Card rotation sometimes gets stuck for a few seconds in a skewed state, but only if you move your mouse on it a lot I found it cool enough to let it be a feature not a bug.

(If they got stuck stuck - as in not moving when you move across them, then tell me, but I never came across that.)

Hey, no problem. I hacked our sounds last minute. They literally broke 15minutes before deadline because of botched merge and I barely got them running in time.

Your game works well and a bit unpolished sound is completely fine.

This is not my staff

Uhhh. I missed the cyber HM and kinda zoned off and It seems the game did not consider 3687 gun HMs....

The screen was quite green

Hmmm. My time playing deer hunter made me very confused why the beam does not follow the cursor.

Tried a couple of times and failed.

Then I checked the WSAD and found out that I was playing the opposite kind of game...

What a bizzare experience.

I had some resolution issues - a lot of the minigames appeared only on a part of the screen which may have been intended, but mouse did not always correspond to where I was clicking. This made shooting cops seemingly impossible (or it was skill issue idk)

Found out that without savescumming it was good ol' Tommy who gave me the most money. I mean 50 bucks for a shank? In this economy? XD

I find the artstyle and general chaoticness very cool. The windows popup at the start was great.

Went to check out your other things and hacking Pirate's "unhackable" videogame cracked me up.
Keep up the good work. You have my admiration for making your engine and Jamming in it.

Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself!

Sometimes you have wife to spare, sometimes a college degree.
Tipsword finds a way!

We recognise Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AmEx :-*

Thank you for the kind words

Um.... thanks? XD

I did try to play it for a while, but a) I did not understand why there is a shop for negative chance.

b) the odds seemed scuffed (but maybe thats just some fallacy I'm having)

c) I got xxxx points at the end

Its very difficult (for someone with mediocre memory like me)

And I don't know how it fits the theme.

Also for a game in two people I would expect a slightly more polished visuals.

Also it looks like you did it with some of Godot's default presets for screensize cuz it looks a little strange in fullscreen (letters look odd.)

Overall not great not terrible game.

Very cool game. It lacks a little in the sound design, but thats completely fine for a jam entry.

I find it awesome that it seems to be bug free - even when enemies spawn on top of the pillars they can be shot down - which is what I would expect to be an unpolished thing.

I got pretty far I think - it got a little overwhelming and I died, but I had a good time.

If completing a wave also gave you a checkpoint I might have even gone around finishing it.

Cool enemy varienty and all. Good job.

Thank you for the contribution O:)

No. Peak is the videogame made by Team PEAK, published by Aggro Crab, Landfall. :P

On a third run I managed to get over my skill issue and found the wise men. Great game. Tho maybe double check the texts - its a small issue, but in the conversations with the men, in every other sentence there was a typo XD

But that was a small issue. The atmosphere was incredible and you did an awesome job.

Thanks a lot. We were glad you liked it.

Not just characteristics were bold. If you pay close attention to the names of each quest....

Villager sound effect top tier

Amazing game. I hoped for some bald games from this jam and this was the baldiest.

The hair farms seem to attack the trypophobia center in a weird way. (Thats not a fault thats an observation)

I hope to one day make a multiplayer game on a jam too!

And I shall not forget yours!

You did some very nice looking art, Shame there is not that much to the gameplay - you are hardly threatened and I mostly just spammed attack.
I know some people mentioned this or that toy having more power, but I tried all of them and they seemed mostly the same. - attack and kill one minion, start on the other. Round two finish the other minion + hit the boss. Round three finish the boss.

Cheer sometimes added cheer, but I have no idea what was it for and when I cheered it not always gave me cheer.

But visually its well put together

I wonder if anyone realised on the opening screen that there was a real card validator and which one of you actually typed yours there XD.

We definetly are not harvesting them or anything....

We are thankful that you liked it.

If we had more time we would certainly add tab switching.
We can see that is something our players want  -- Music switching of course.

Quest writer here:

The quest to find bread was and still might be partially in the game files. However since bread was provided, there was no need for BOLD adventurers to seek it.

If however you feel dissatisfied with the lack of Breadquests here:

  3. Lender of locations
  4. Denier of open doors

Spens the Ponsor

  1. Bestower of Lunches
  2. Oathsworn to grant sustiance
  3. Lacking Bread
  4. Deliverer of Kingdom Come

Lord of Madness

Did not quite figure our how to trade places. Still the Gambling god was by my side and I survived to the penultimate round.

Delightful art Everything oozed charm and skill.

Felt a lot like Blasphemous, with the art direction and dialogues. I like that.

The ambient music has some microphone noise late into the loop (As if someone was touching the mic) and it was super creepy XD.

Why is Macecha a guy in a blanket....? (couldnt tell at first, but on the second run I walked up to her and it was crazy to realize)

Why do they have bones on the table... Maruška should haul ass from that place asap.

If you crawl into Holena's bed and shine on her, she won't wake up. (no I don't need to explain what I was doing in her bed. It was PLAYTESTING)

I played it twice and both times got lost - the mirrors seemed to stop a moment after climbing the hill.

I saw a monsterthingie in the woods, that was awesome. But it also signed the point where I stopped knowing where to go.

Having the light on seems to just speed up the heartbeat? Did not see any adverse effects...

Did mot ever expect something like this made into a videogame, but now that I did I want it.

Your mechanics. The rythmicness and with proper visual I could see it being a minigame in Resident evil XD

Did not really see the point in upgrading since I just did quizzess against chatgpt and no combat.

I someone is getting 5 stars for inovation its this here game.

What a crazy idea. I love it.

Beaten the first two fellas, then feudal instacomboed me to death after opening move.

(I think he stunned, attacked, stunned attacked) or something like that.

Wonder if it has more mechanics than just the slots.
Cuz when I betted all my stuff I suddenly won.
Thought maybe you took the theme to heart and made it so that the riskier bet the riskier reward, but allas my next spin proved me wrong,

Good job for a solo dev.

So are you saying we are Out of Bread™?

I call that a feature XD

Kharnet smiles upon this one

I just wanna say that I liked the mechanic. Fast movement is very satisfying. But I think one of the issues is that the level is small for the movement. When the movement changes to swooping and the model changes the player has very little time to direct the movement - you have some intuition how the owl flies by default and mid movement it changes -which is cool, BUT your brain has like a tenth of a second to familiarise themselves with how the movement works.

But hey. Great mechanic nonetheless, its just a skill issue :P

Let me ask you one better: How could you NOT make a game about how there was no bread?

You forgot to include the .pck file or did did not click the option to combine it with the exe file.

Looks like they made it in Godot and did not include the .pck file or did not tick the option to include it into the exe. Shame
