You’re absolutely right about the stutter. It likely comes from the pathfinding system, which isn’t fully optimized yet. I’ve actually restarted development from scratch with a fresh codebase and a focus on performance and scalability. The goal is to support more villagers, buildings, and new features like worker variety and zooming out, just like you mentioned.

Yeah. I submitted it to CrazyGames.com this morning.
I received an email saying the team selected it to follow the Full Launch process.
Then another one said it was rejected.
I don’t know what happened.

For the gathering part, you can buy an upgrade to increase the number of crops that one villager can carry.

I think I’ll have to rework on many areas of the game. Time to get busy

  • Crops falling in unaccessible places, I think I’ll have to check if the place they are landing on is reachable before putting them there
  • I’ll improve the camera speed, maybe add a setting to adjust that
  • the trunk upgrade allows lumberjacks to chop the trunk of trees.
  • for villagers getting stuck I’ve not yet found a great solution.
  • the system that monitor trees and crops is to be improved
  • for the lagging part, another player reported it to me too, it may be due to the way I handle the pathfinding, the method I use requires more resources. I’ll work on that too
  • for the balancing part, of workers vs gatherers. I’m thinking of adding an upgrade that allows gatherers to carry multiple crops

Nice game. It would add more challenge if the plants would generate money few times, then are dropped automatically.
Having them permanently generating money makes the game too easy.
