I don't really know how the Mac works, but I can tell you that the game's engine is RPG Maker MZ, so that might help you find a solution.

I haven't tested the game on a Mac, but since there's an export option, I ended up adding it to the page. Try to follow the tutorial or find another solution if this one doesn't work.
