The background image is really amazing, unfortunately I don't have such talent so here is the artist page : https://wallpapercave.com/w/wp4694498 (they have amazing work to check out). This link is also present in the general "credits" page (https://pastebin.com/raw/cKpvdVN2). The only assets I've made are the "windows" and buttons.
Fortunately, I am a developer during day time, I just never really went into game making until this weekend (I learned a lot lol) ; so maybe making a desktop interface was an involontary easier path for me.
About the email, yes it should continue (I noticed a typo in your message "secutiry", is the typo in the game also?) . I didn't have the time to provide any feedback if the email address or the file is not right , but writing to "your-security-our-priority@bank.com" should be the right path! Let me know if you're still stuck.
