never mind, I asked again and they said they cant make individual exceptions

I asked the jam host, they said that they cant see the deleted file history or something like its hash, so they cant make  any exceptions. Is there any way you can prove that this is the same file we uploaded before? I am sorry to bother you like this but I have no other way to fix this.
