Thank you!

Thank you so much! We might reinvent the game for a post-jam version! ☺️

Hello!

My name is Sara and I usually participate in game jams with @JPiolho as part of a two-person team. We work in the CEST time zone (central european). Since we both have full-time jobs, we prefer to work on smaller-scope games that don’t require staying up all night or rushing to meet the deadline. It’s important to us to maintain a chill and relaxed working environment.

We are currently looking for a music and sound designer, as we would love to have original music in our games. If you’re able and interested in contributing to game design as well - by helping discuss concepts, sharing ideas, and providing feedback, that would be a bonus, though not required obviously. We usually take an iterative approach where we kinda figure things out along as we do them instead of planning everything meticulously.

If you’re interested in joining us for this project (and if things go well and we enjoy working together, maybe we can possibly work on more projects in the future), please reach out with some examples of your work. Feel free to check my profile to see some games we have developed for previous jams.

Thank you so much! 😃

Thank you so much! Those are some good ideas and feedback, we really appreciate it.

Thank you for playing our game, and for the feedback! Yes, it was meant to be challenging, but the balance was not quite there so it ended up being frustrated! We have some ideas that could fix those issues for a post-jam version. And please don't apologize for sounding frustrated, if anything, it means you believe in our little game and its potential which is super appreciated. ❤️ Cheers!

Thank you!  😹

Ahah I loved the message about the theme... 😂 Very cute, very sweet game, sadly not that related to the loop concept, but who cares, it's still fun and cute and I enjoyed it!

6203 on my first run, but definitely not my last. This is INSANELY fun and polished! The whole game is so chill and sweet and pastel-looking that even though that belt is going FAST it never felt truly stressful to me. Also, the robots are adorable! Just good vibes. 5/5!

Love the intepretation of the theme, I think the mechanic also feels quite polished, but to me it was just a bit too challenging. I still had fun though!

Super smart game, everything feels very smooth, you managed to give personality to your characters with just a tiny bit of visual information... It's a gem.

Perfect game. Top marks. Everything is just... *chef's kiss* And how adorable is everything? I might have encountered a small bug, where some cat notes were impossible to move/remove after placing them, but it happened quite rarely.

What a joyful little game!

I like how simple and cozy/chill this is! All the assets (art/audio) feel very appropriate. Lovely!

Great game! It's definitely challenging. I like the art and sound a lot.

Oh I loved this! I love the contrast of having very cute, pastel, dreamy graphics, while stuck in a dreary mundane loop. The minigames are fun! I like that it's also very easy to figure out the mechanic with no need for much text. The first few days are very easy, then the chores start picking up so it also adds a nice challenge. What a polished little game, well done!

Thank you so much for playing and for taking the time to leave such good feedback. It fills me with joy that you took our silly little game seriously! We definitely have plenty of ideas for a post-jam version of the game and yours are really good!

And eel sushi is my favorite, there's many cool pieces I want to add!😺

Thank you!!

Thank you so much for playing and leaving such a nice comment! ❤️

Thank you! ❤️

Wow -- what a huge compliment! Thanks!

Thank you so much for playing and for giving us feedback! And yes, I've ran into the same exact problem! 😹Maybe one day we will "finish" this small game.

That means so much, thank you! ❤️I am glad you had fun!

I agree - maybe drag & drop would've worked a better in this context.

Agree that the early orders should've been set differently! Thank you so much for playing and commenting! :)

Thank you so much for this comment and for giving some really nice feedback! ☺️ I do agree that there's room for improvement and maybe we can work on a post-jam version. We're also really sad about the lack of sound!

Thank you! 😺

Thank you for playing and for taking the time to comment. Yeah, it's hard to balance challenge and just being clear enough :)

Thank you!😺

Thank you for playing! :)

Thank you! Yes, the gameplay loop could've been worked on a lot more, I agree. Still happy you enjoyed it! ☺️

Thanks for the feedback! Very nice ideas in case we ever work on a post-jam version.

Thank you so much! I'm so happy you liked it ☺️Yeah, we're pretty sad we didn't manage to implement any sound.

Thank you, that's such nice feedback we appreciate it!

Thank you! 😺

Thank you so much! We had fun coming up with those.

Definitely, that would've been a big quality-of-life improvement!

Thank you for playing!

A bit too challenging as it is, but I love the concept. It's super original and also a nice intepretation of the theme. I like it!

Thank yooou! :D

Fun and challending! Nice take on a spelling/typing game.

I like it! The humor+mechanic reminds me a bit of WarioWare, and that's the first game of the kind I'm seeing in this jam. Very fun (and depressing) :D

This is pretty much as perfect as it gets for a game jam. Insanely polished in all aspects, smart mechanic and intepretation of the theme, not particularly challenging but you can't relax too much neither! It was a bit stressful just scrolling between a ton of recipes before finding the correct one. Oh, and the humour... top notch! I want to keep playing this game and would love a post-jam version with some more gameplay/challenge. Top marks! :D

Very fun!!! I admit I found it a bit hard to balance but I suppose that can be part of the charm. Definitely challenging ;)
