I think I got a stroke. I liked it!

This game is so beautiful but the spiders were too scary!

The title wasn't lying, this indeed is my Madly Annoying Friend's First Game Testing Session™

This CINEMA. Very good entry on all front, very satisfying platforming and nice art, I HIGHLY enjoyed it! That end part is an absolute highlight, I really hope you folks are proud of the end product.

My only silly little gripe is that, while the various abilities you get are called bugs in the game, to me personally they didn't really feel like I was using bugs to complete it

I dug the story A LOT and I also admire the ambition, there's surprisingly a lot in this game! You don't really see a way to change difficulty in a three-day-gamejam game, and I love how there's a reward for completing it in hard.
I will say, I did run into a silly little glitch that made me actually impossible to be killed, like at one point I stopped taking damage.

I hope you participate in other game jams and, if you do, I recommend looking into making your game playable directly on the browser :)

thank you so much! I can confirm that the damage you take actually is based on velocity (if I remember correctly you can even die in one hit if you're going fast enough), I think it isn't clear at all because there's no health bar or something of the sort.
If you're curious about the control scheme, I really just messed something up changing the angle of the velocity during turns. When I saw what atrocity I accidentaly created, I thought it was very funny and decided to flip my original idea around.

When the jam is officially over, I'd absolutely love to add new levels to this and to make it slightly less infuriating to play

this is so SO good. I loved it. I did fall and miss a coin in the shiny tooth part and that will keep me up at night, but yeah this was great

new favorite videogame weapon: the fire G

This is SO FUN and addicting! The cutscenes really had some old-school Wario Ware energy also, which absolutely is a plus for me

the insane lag honestly fits this jam so well that for me it actually made me enjoy this more. I got the happy joy joy meter to the max and actually broke the car, so that was an experience

This is fun, the leap of faith at the end of the first level was a bit devilish, but if I were to ask for one thing it would be a restart button, simply because at one point in the second level I got stuck upside down and couldn't move at all
:(

this was quite an experience indeed

The vibes in this are amazing. I would have loved some checkpoints with the tradeoff of the controls switching a lot more often

I have to admit I wouldn't have known the connection with the theme if it wasn't specified in the submission but I did have fun with it. I enjoy typing fast indeed

got all the coins! For some reason I loved changing the player's size to a negative value.

I want you to know that I laughed out loud at the very last bug, I don't know why but that had some perfect comedic timing for me. Amazing execution, amazing job, absolutely loved it

I do indeed believe that upgrading your character to become an unstoppable force of nature will always be amazing

I think I would play an entire game like this, very cool idea

absolute masterpiece, this is exactly what was happening on my computer when I was twelve and was trying to download free call of duty from softonic or stuff like that.

thank you! I think your ideas are great, personally if I were to change stuff in my game I would put at the very least a time limit in the levels, in order to actually force the player to drive a bit dangerously

right, gotcha

thank you so much! No, I actually think you got a point with the slower descent thing, because I'm honestly not too sold on how the air controls work right now. They are literally just the exact same as the ground controls, just with slower acceleration. If I had unlimited time and had to make a full version of this game, I'm not sure if I'd make them more nuanced or keep them like this for simplicity sake

This is great, I love the presentation (especially the music, Laura cooked)! The gameplay itself was simple but VERY effective. I think it's very easy to make a game like this and have runs that last for so long that they become boring, this game is hectic enough that you stay in the zone without becoming bored and I think it's sick.
In my opinion there's space for one more little gameplay mechanic to just ad a little tiny bit of sauce. maybe something that's risky to do but that leads to more points. Speaking of, I'd also love to have a way to see my highscore (and also I'm sorry but I need to point this out the little window that shows your score only shows one digit so if you get like 13 points it shows as "1" I thought I was going insane at first).

Anyways yea, really good submission!

I'm not big on like management games, but I had a lot of fun playing this one! I think the concept is really cute and it's hilarious how you can just bet on horse racing on the side. I kinda wish it was a bit more hectic and that it was a bit more obvious what I was supposed to click on, but still after I got it it was really fun
Very nice entry!

I'd absolutely love to see it happen!

Yep, I agree with you on that. I wasn't too worried about the player making a beeline to the target point since in its conception it was only a way for them to finish a run, and in the final score what really mattered was how many targets they broke. After making it so that the player gets scored on the landing aswell, I can see how that became a problem, since they can go straight to the end and get a 10 on both the landing and the time. Rather than adding checkpoints or danger zones, I probably prefer to change the scoring system and make it so that the targets they break matter more, in a way that you can't possibly get 2/3rds of a perfect score if you ignore them

I appreciate the feedback and I confess that the game really should have a way to remap buttons, but wouldn't it be harder to press E and D together rather than D and spacebar?

The thunder sounds gave me a heart attack.
This is a really good one! It's short and sweet. I love how there is a little contour that blends with the web page, it makes the already good presentation even better.

This is one of the best ones in the jam. If I were to change anything it would be to make it so that the longer a run lasts, the harder it is to keep the demons happy, like the game should get a lot harder later on. Maybe, when the run is going for a long time, make it so that your food and drink items aren't as effective as they are at the start, any mistake makes the demons a lot angrier, and the elevator moves faster.
I'd also add the thing CheesyBoyBen suggested.

This is an amazing entry already, but those things would elevate (haha get it) this to perfection

Thank you so much! I also had a felling it was a bit empty, to be honest. I'm not sure if I'd add enemies per se, but I'd absolutely add more varied obstacles and mechanics. I think that the way the game is built asks for more levels that are shorter with more variety, rather than what I did which is just one big map.

Very fun and well-polished! I also tried the prequel to this, because there's no way I wasn't going to, and it's amazing how much progress you've made!

Really nice aesthetic and music! The game is fun, I think it just needs the tiniest tweaks (perhaps on the bubbles' spawn rate and on the combo timer)  and it'll be pretty much perfect!

This is slick! I dig the graphics a lot, they're simplistic but very pleasing to look at. I do very much wish you didn't die in one hit and didn't have to restart the entire game over every time you died, especially considering that you can't really speedrun through the first part.

Other than that, great entry!

I will say, the web version doesn't run very well for me either. I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I might have to investigate the problem at some point. If you haven't tried it and if you feel like it, I do recommend downloading the windows version (it's fine if you don't, I also barely ever download the games when I'm rating game jams)

Thank you! I can confirm that it's possible, but you need reach max speed in order to get to it. I'm not sure if this game will ever get a full release, but I'll most likely update it after the jam is over.

The graphics are really good and the way you interpreted constant descent is VERY interesting. I really wish you had a bit more time to work on this, it is in dire need of refinement and of sound effects in my opinion.
Despite it all it's still really good and interesting, I commend your ambition!

Amazing job! Very well polished, I loved the atmospheric intro cutscene and I also really liked the sense of humor! The music loops in an absolutely psychotic way, but it seems you guys know that already, I'd suggest to try a different sound format if you haven't tried that already.
I'll say, I do wish the ending screen said something a little different depending on the cheese you selected, it would have added a lot. Other than that, this is all really good!

I love this one, gameplay is very fun and the concept + the sound effects make this also very funny. It's simple and addicting, good job!

This is really good. I love the slow, methodical gameplay of it and the presentation is excellent in my opinion. If I were to ask for anything, it would be for a way to see your highest score

Thank you so much! I wholeheartedly agree that I should have added more than like three aerial targets, if I end up updating this game I'll absolutely add more targets to break while gliding
