I agree it makes things tough, and a settings menu would definitely help balance the experience and improve performance. Because this was made under the time frame of the competition, I couldn’t implement those features, but they’re high on my list for future updates. I really appreciate you pointing this out, and I’m glad the visuals and trailer lines stood out despite the limitations!

Thanks! The game is quite short and relies on changing your route. You’re meant to depend on memory and careful steps rather than sight. It’s all about learning from each explosion and trying again. Sometimes I find it hard to reach the end myself, and other times I make it in a single run. I’ll work on making it a bit easier in future updates.
