Hello fellow Devs, we are looking for a game designer/animator for SHOOT ME MAYBE to expand our team in the second phase after the kickstarter. It's a project which features manga/chibi characters, and we are searching for this profile:

you should be someone who’s good with character and environment design for Unity projects. Ideally skilled in chibi/manga-style art and comfortable using tools like Blender, Maya, or Photoshop etc for modeling and textures.

the game is built in Unity

reach out at shootmemaybedevs@gmail.com

are you zack? if yes i can't see anything inside the mail :_

Hey everyone!

I’m developing Shoot Me Maybe, a 3D comedy action game with a ridiculous twist:

👉 The goal isn’t to kill… but to get yourself killed in the most spectacularly stupid way possible.

Set in a cartoonish sci-fi world, players face off against Unit 404 — heavily armed combat bots who are hilariously broken. They panic under pressure, miss most of their shots, and behave in absurd, unpredictable ways. Your goal is to prove they can hit something, specifically... You!

When you reach 30% health, that's when the party start: you transfer your mind into the Unit 404 body, and you have a limited amount of time to kill yourself in the most spectacular way! Problem is, now you have the aim of a Unit 404, which means your ability as a shooter gets sabotaged in many ways! Try to hit something moving when your controls are inverted, or when your DPI settings goes to 3000, or when your character is constantly rotating in one direction!

But beware, because everyone will see when you do it and will try to stop you by any means necessary!

Instead of carrying weapons, players use movement tools and gadgets to lure bots and manipulate chaos to try and position themselves for the perfect “death moment.” (or to sabotage another one!)

The better (and dumber) your death, the higher your score!

✅ A playable 2D HTML proof of concept for the mechanis can be tried at:

👉 Shootmemaybevs.netlify.app

We’re moving to a Unity/unreal 3D vertical slice and looking for:

🧠 Programmers | 🎨 3D Artists | 🔊 Sound Designers

IP equity and revenue share for key collaborators will be discussed

Kickstarter roadmap and goals, lean document, pitches and strategy are already available.

For any info DM me, reply or send mail to shootmemaybedevs@gmail.com if interested 👋

Players face broken combat bots with absurd AI, using movement and gadgets to lure them into chaotic “death setups.”

Hello, i am a new member which is looking for devs willing to join on my project called "shoot me maybe" - a game where the goal is not to kill... but to die in style!
I am a 45 yrs old guy which has a passion for games and an unusual skillset, which unfortunately does not include programming (yet).

I hope to find some committed people which believes this can be the next big thing in multiplayer gaming! Let's go!
