I’m a solo dev making an 8-directional action game in Godot as my college portfolio project (AI software engineering). My art skills are basic, so I need help with 8-direction character and monster sprites, as well as tiles (like castles, plants, chests, etc).
My budget is tight ($10–$20 per asset, possibly more for bigger work), but I credit all artists and want a polished, commercial-ready game. I get paid biweekly, so replies might be slow.
Art style: Think Tibia mixed with Darza’s Dominion. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, open to blood/magic themes, and I prefer to use art as-is without edits.
