This is a serious question. I have 0 knowledge in any other programing language (other than python but I can't make pictures there) and Scratch is the only language I have a chance to make a good game in. IF I can, is there any extra steps for submission that I need?

if you use turbowarp, you can export it as html, exe, etc. so if you want to make it in browser, you can just hit save to your computer on scratch then load to your computer on turbowarp and export it :) I'm guessing this will be allowed as long as it's a playable game in html or exe

Thank you so much, I'm no longer doomed!!!!! (fades away as I go to actually make the game somehow

well its a game jam so you do need to wait till march. if it where me i would take the time you have until march to learn something like godot. its alot less difficult then you might think

As long as we have a executable it should be fine.
