I love games like this, and this is one of the better ones I've played Managed to make it all the way to wave 9, but I personally would love a campaign mode added to this as well as a downloadable version if possible. Music and sounds great! Graphics love the AFK Arena look! I enjoyed it so much I added it to my collections and will play again most certainly! Theme on point, and gameplay simple and easy to understand! 5/5 star no drama! XD

So I have played quite a few games like these thanks to my nephew who loves these type of games. This is definitely one of the better ones I have tried out and it was made in a Jam.
I really liked the risk aspect and the fact your units permanently die, so you actually have to strategize. Just a small QoL aspect would be, being able to sell units, but that's something small and will only come into play if you have a bunch more unity types. Art style is really nice and animations are pretty cool. Amazing work! 💪

Love the idea, it just felt super punishing to lose a bet and buff the enemies. Your units permanently dying combined with that made it feel a lot harder than maybe it needed to be? Maybe I gambled too much. Art is really great and I wish there was just a tad bit more variety. Good work overall though :)
We will be adding more units. Unfortunately, we wanted to add more units but couldn't finish their animations.

Well that was a fun game! I broke it somehow and now my units are immortal haha (I was clicking the 60% risk button really fast so that may have done it) I like the character designs and upgrading units. Would be cool to see their stats and such. The risk button was pretty interesting as well, I found the 60% to have the best outcome in general. Overall, great job!

I had great experience playing the game. But i need to taste lost to understand how precious my army (wave 7 in the first try). But the level excalate pretty quick and my army defeated pretty quick. I know i should feel bad, but the shielder sacrifice made my army go through the wave. Great game!
Thank you for trying the game 😁. The game is a little punishing but that's the idea. You have an army to manage, and some bad choices may lead to their demise.

happy you enjoyed it and thanks for live reviewing it ! We were planning to have additional characters and enemy types and also bosses, but we ran out of time as the design is done by our animator and it took time to get them ready, however thanks for the suggestion!

The sound and visuals are nice and the gameplay is easy to pick up and understand. More audio and a clearer system for leveling up would be greatly appreciated. Nice work!

really fun game. i enjoyed the strategy and risk involved, you can make really strong units if you get lucky. i wish there was more guidance on how to upgrade and control units, and the auto heal can be really slow if your unit has a crazy amount of health

A very addictive game, with amazing art and a great gameplay loop. Some feedback:
-I personally don’t believe the risk mechanic is large or important enough to fit the game in the jam -Some of the ui sound effects are a bit broken making it play many times in a row

My only problem was that I didnt understood how to upgrade the units until really late hahaha
Lol but you managed to survive, great job! We are considering adding more characters to the army, different effects for different grid when you stand on them, and card shuffle, etc. We'll see!

Love the character design for the heroes as well as the enemies and wonderful background art! I enjoyed playing, it is easy to read and understand what to do and I enjoyed watching the chaotic battle scene. Like the gameplay with the risk it mechanic to buff units.
In one run though I encountered a bug, my units were on the brink of death but the never died and I could just rush through the levels...
