Game description
You wake up in a cold, sterile room. No memories. No freedom. Only his voice... Will you be able to survive the incoming enemies sent by him?

Theme interpretation
“I interpreted the theme by creating a horde-based game—taking the jam’s theme partly in a literal way—while giving it a unique twist through its narrative context. The game is set in a universe where physical waves (sonic, seismic, and even neural) can be absorbed, repurposed, and unleashed as powerful weapons.”

Nice graphics and cool moves!

It feels a bit blurry when you move too fast.

But it's quite reactive and the upgrades between waves are interesting.

Nice entry!

Good graphic. Little bit buggy. You can fly by pressing space.

Developer

Thx for playing. I know, i couldnt figure out how to solve that bug hahah

Good work on the retro aesthetic!

I felt the difficulty could have ramped up much faster, I was just jumping wall to wall to get the spawning enemies at first.

I also recommend renaming History to just Story, so it doesn't seem like a button to click to read lore.

Sorry if this was intended, butit felt a bit "floaty" to me, like the objects didn't feel like they were solid or had any impact when interacting with the player or projectiles.

I'm not big on the vampire survivors formula, but it looked like you put alot of thought into the upgrade system, so nice job!

i'm not a fan of mortal-kombat-like games and died quickly but as for what i played saw:

- weird sfx in place when someone is talking instead of mic recording

- gameplay seem quite similar to vampire survivors remixed with mortal kombat

- it's weird to use both mouse/touchpad and keyboard at once (one to shoot, second to walk)

good thing?

works very smoothly with no bigger lags (except ones i made for myself cause bad at action games, generally i'm too slow for that, but that's entirely my fault i play on laptop with touchpad)

:)

Thank u for taking the time to test it, i will take ur feedback into account for my next games.

The Unity full-screen button and the itchio button overlap a little. The gameplay is as expected, but fun. The user interface is very good, and I really appreciate the option to choose the difficulty level (I played on easy mode, but I got destroyed, ha ha ha).

Developer

Thank u for your feedback, i will take a look into that button.

You know the build is busted when you one shot the green guys lol. I liked the aesthetic/art style, the moving eye is a nice touch. Rogue like elements were satisfying
