I'm amazed how well this story is structured! It naturally unraveled as I explored random threads, with small links between every plots. I love how this perfectly captures the tone of social media posts and internet culture. And congrats for making a UX close to those apps while still having some shortcuts to facilitate the search, backtracking and browsing. This was captivating!
This is brilliant, just really captures the experience of being terminally online.
Damn I got super immersed in this. I really love this type of game and wow I am floored that you managed to do this so quickly. Congrats to the entire team
Wow, it's incredible that this was made in just a few days. I feel like I could go down rabbit holes forever! Reminds me a lot of The Roottrees are Dead.
Great game! Making an information game in a jam is no mean feat! You really nailed the petty internet drama vibes too - really well observed.
So I thought… I thought.. you know, I forgor. Maybe there’s a new troop video?
But yeah, this was great. The amount of content and world building was a lot for such a small time period! I considered other content based ideas smaller than this and was too afraid to try. Y’all connected so many things in this disparate narrative so nicely. Great job.
Really fun to get lost in all of the little stories that weave together. Solid job!
Someone on our team had a similar idea but we thought it was too ambitious. So glad to see you pulled it off. 😂Great execution and tremendous work for just four days.
So creative and so fun! Absolutely nails everything about the experience of doomscrolling, the various accounts are hilarious and felt very accurate to real life. Solving the DMs was really engaging, requiring a good bit of lateral thinking and keeping a lot of information in memory - I found I was quite easily distracted and had to play with a notepad to keep track of things (my issue, not the game!)
I love the sheer amount of content and different threads to go down, #potato was brilliant of course but there was so much drama to sort through!
I knew this one was going to be awesome just by the tagline! When I was brainstorming, I wrote down something about 'in the social loop', but couldn't figure out what to do with it. I'm super glad to see a team that took a similar premise and ran with it! Some of the accounts and comments made my audibly laugh, too. I couldn't find a few of the last tags and users though and couldn't figure out the (second? The one about the boycott) message. But what a great concept and take on the theme!
Cool and interesting take on the theme. It was a bit hard to track all the information but it was fun reading all the different personalities from each account.
Congrats on finishing the Jam!
Pretty unexpected take on the theme, but it is pretty fun! As a former Twitter user it hit way too close to home, social media really are hellsites.
Really fun game!! I could only find 40/42 tags though, and 38/39 users :( (realised after looking at this page again i was missing @HeckinPuppers; couldn't find them even when i searched their name... the search tool is a bit buggy, i randomly found @TruthRevealed by searching "l", but this is a minor nitpick with a great experience)
i would def play this for another few hours and recommend it to all my friends, one of my fav games from the jam so far that i've played!!
That’s probably more tags/users than most players collected so I really appreciate it! HeckinPuppers is pretty hard to search for because of how they type.
The search being broken is part of the immersion ;) . It really makes you feel like you’re using a terrible social media app with constant hastily-made breaking changes. (That is great feedback though, I’ll make sure searching exact usernames works as expected in the post-jam build)
This is one of the better submissions to this jam. The premise is really interesting, and while you provided a very small amount of content, it was super well executed on and required a lot of genuine attention toward the narrative. Great job! I'd love to see this turned into a full game.
This is the first and possibly only perfect rating I'll give for this jam. It sucked me in until I'd collected a ton of different threads of this fake-reality. The density of references in here was just insane. There's obscure Macbeth and Dante references, internet humour galore, a fake Game of Thrones (I think?), influencer controversies, conspiracy theorists, accurately depicted grindset mindset bros, and even those new age spirituality ads that I swear I've seen before. This might have been a game about helping people out of the loop but you got me fully entranced IN the loop for far longer than I care to admit. Incredible work, this is art.

Thanks so much for the kind words!! I’m so glad you liked it.
A cool game ! I love this😇
Absolutely blown away by the idea of this and even the entire narrative- great ideas all around, awesome visuals and enjoyed the entire experience. Awesome submission.

Oh my god, this is such a good idea and so well pulled off, I just sat there laughing while scrolling through. I've never seen an information game work like this before either? You should absolutely expand this!
Thanks so much! I’m glad you liked it!
Crazy interesting take on the loop theme. Art, sound, and story all come together really well and impressive amount of content!
Shame reading might be out of the loop nowadays...
