This was fun! I really enjoyed the drifting once I got better at it
I’m glad you enjoyed it!
It is hard at first the ground is slipry but when you get the hang of it it becomes fun and the drifting is great
that’s exactly how I felt as I dug into it!
This is chaotically enjoyable. Lol you did great making it feel good even though you do the same thing over and over. it gets addictive quickly. Truly a gem submission.

Neat idea & concept, cool art/ost too. I love the chaos that ensues when there are so many ghosts LOL. Unfortunately in one of my run, I got pushed out of track & out of bound, but its so funny :D

Wow, you guys had almost exactly the same idea as us, even down to a similar aesthetic!
Yet it plays very differently with the ghosts being physical obstacles which was a very fun combination with the more drifty controls. And the endless laps feature was brilliant, I wish I had thought of doing that!
there was bound to be at least one game like ours with so many submissions, honestly I’m surprised there isn’t more? I felt like it was kinda an obvious choice?
With almost 10k entries I think it's almost impossible for any idea to be truly unique, but yeah, I did expect to see more games using this concept. I actually have seen very few racing games in general which surprised me.

I also didn't see many looping cars surprisingly, but there is an abundance of looping platformers.
Sadly I could not get the exe to run... I fear my pc is just not up to it... But I do love the vaporwave aesthetic and the soundtrack sounds really nice!

Too bad the vehicle glitches when moving it felt really stutter unfortunately. Concept is great though ! I wish you could crash the car.
we’re not 100% certain what causes it, my partner and one of the programmers had the spasming car, but myself and the others working on it didn’t get that!
I had those kind of issues in Godot when updating Physics related stuff out of the physics process but maybe that's a completely different problem ! Good job anyway maybe you could solve that in a post-jam version, good luck :D
This game looks very nice, and the concept is so cool! It took me a while to get used to the controls, since I am used to playing racing games with arrow keys. But still it was cool, great job guys! I would love to hear your opinion on my submission as well :)

The controls feel good and polished, the vaporwave aesthetic looks great. Can't believe you managed to make 3 whole levels for this. Great job!
We almost only had one, training was making a game breaking glitch, and ramps was basically a skeleton! Proud of everyone for getting it done!

It took me some time to get used to the driving controls, but this game was good silly fun! I do wish there were less bumps though, I find myself flying through the air uncontrollably quite often and ending up getting stuck in weird places.

Cool idea, and well executed.
I'm not sure if it's just skill issue, but the checkpoint +5s mechanic can seem unfair sometimes. For example, if you make a mistake before the start of the level where the first checkpoint is far away, it would make the first checkpoint impossible to reach in time (since you might only have 6s or so).
I feel you! I haven’t best the second level yet because of that, but my partner and one of the other designers have both made it past loop 8! It’s insane!
This is the best racing game I've played in this game jam so far. Compared to just doing time trials, I much prefer racing against multiple cars all at once. Good job!d(ﾟ∀ﾟd)

Took a minute to get used to the driving but I had a lot of fun with this one. Definitely got harder as I got better since I was more consistent between laps. Love the style too!
