I love puzzle games:) The camera angle was a bit inconvenient for me, but nice design, Well done!

Thank you so much <3

I loved the graphics and the overall aesthetic! The puzzles were really clever! But as others have commented, for some reason I had to go back to the checkpoint at random times and I couldn't even walk to the point where I was supposed to leave the object (at the first level), over and over again, which was really frustrating. (maybe I didn't understand the puzzle correctly though) Apart from that, everything else was soo good!! Great work :D

Developer

Thank you for playing. There is a limited movement range from each checkpoint which plays into the theme a little, forcing you to loop back. We may have needed to make that a bit clearer. Thank you for the feedback! <3

Cool concept, the music, art and movement are all pretty nice, but the forced restarting after walking around a bit is really annoying and I don't see the point at all, as it just makes it more annoying moving around the level for no reason, since we already have to restart to solve the puzzles anyway

Developer

Thank you for playing and your comment. At the time that was the way we interpreted the theme but  I totally feel you. I know that if we had the time we would have made some things a little different. Thank you for the feedback <3

This game feels like one of those obscure games on an old console (ps2-era maybe?) that you think back to fondly years later when you stumble upon video essays about it. Weird description for a jam game, but that was the vibe I got from playing this, it just felt nostalgic. And I mean that in the best way possible. Gorgeous art, design, colour palette, and the music just evokes a sense of homeliness. A near perfect game considering it was a jam title!

The way you read us like the most open of books!, We were guided on those concepts when searching coherence visually.  And trully having a sound designer and musician in the team made a huge difference, we are blessed <3
Thanks for the amazing review

This comment made me cry a little. Thank you <3

This aesthetic is beautiful, and I loved the puzzles. I do wish that we were given just a bit more wiggle room with the distances given by the statues though-right ow you have to do some very precise walking to get to the places you need to before restarting, and it can get a bit frustrating having to restart because you hit the A key a few frames before the W key and thus took a slightly suboptimal line and now you can't execute the puzzle you've already solved in your head. That's kind of a nitpick though, this game is really clever and also really beautiful. There aren't many games where I can say I've been super impressed by the skybox but this one definitely is one of them, it's incredibly pretty, as is everything else in this game. Great work!

I love the art style and the camera mechanics! Game did stutter in places which was a bit frustrating. Great job!

Developer

Hey! Glad you liked it. Yeah, web misbehave on us due to shaders and preload times. We uploaded a desktop version too. Thank you for playing.

Fun little game, love the artstyle although i got stuck on the third level :(

The game is pretty nice although it freezes from time to time, but it's not a huge issue as it doesn't take that long.

Very nice game, congrats :)

Yeh, the snags of godot and web handling single thread make those stutters. Thanks a lot for playing (I myself got stuck in level 3 XD but cause I'm not the best at puzzle games haha, also the designers are EVIL)

We definitely are

This feels so finished and polished, can't believe it was made in a game jam!I love puzzle games and these ones were really well made. Extra points for that last extra level with extra difficulty. The artstyle is super cute and the music will stay with you. Congrats!!

Very fun and creative game. The camera angles do make it a bit hard to see sometimes.

Developer

Hey, thanks for playing! Yes, we wanted to make the walls get cut out but we had some issues with web and that effect. Glad you liked the game.

Submitted(+4)

Yeah this is a full on game! Love the artstyle and just overall game concept. The puzzles are quite tricky, but its always just a respawn away from solving it!

Developer

Yesss, so glad you liked it

Really fun little puzzler. Admittedly I'm not the target audience as I suck at puzzle games and get frustrated easily but I can tell a lot of care was put into the puzzles along with the design. I think my only issue was I'd forget I could rotate the camera and totally miss somewhere I could use an item but that's more me being dumb than anything XD

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it. Thanks for trying it out <3
