Really creative and relaxing entry. I agree with the other comment that it would have been nice to have some more gamified elements to it though.

Very chill and creative concept!
I really like the interface, it was very simple. And I liked the idea of how the world loops around, staying on theme with the jam. Also, the parallax in the first world was a nice subtle touch.
Maybe after finishing a world you can revisit it with more colour options so you can go wild with the textures.
And some quality of life things, like a reset or undo button, would be nice to have.

Didn't expected a drawing game in this game jam and didn't expected it so be so chill and relaxing.
Not sure if its on my end, but sometime the clicks had some hard delay.EDIT: Just closed some other tabs and retried it: It was my browser which was lagging.It's nice to see more chill, relaxing art games.
The concept is simple but surprisingly engaging! I wish there was more to it, maybe a scoring system or some additions to the central mechanic. But even at this small jam scope, I had a lot of fun.
I second HenriJ's comment about sfx, some tactile sounds while painting/erasing would have been wonderful.
I initially wanted a scoring system, but thought it can limit the creativity of the player. Still I also agree scoring can engage player, so I'm still thinking about what will work well :) Thank you for the nice words and feedbacks!
This is brilliant ! I had a blast playing it ! The only small thing missing for me are some UI sounds when you paint like picross games on nintendo DS.
This is so fun, it's educational and the fact that there is no score but you can still compare the art you've made to the one in the game is so cool.

Nice idea! Especially for artists. No consequences for doing things "wrong" is not really my cup of tea but I can see the intention. :)
Really interesting idea! I found it to be a really pleasant pixel art exercise. The only thing it's lacking is an undo button haha
I’m bad with pixels and gave up on making custom tiles in Animal Crossing but here, I can be a pixel artist

Loop is in the sidescrolling mechanic, which is very nice. Artist gonna enjoy this game a lot, and you can get creative with the level as well. Seeing the final result and comparing it with the original is a nice touch
