Cool concept. Loved the art style. This could be a pretty cool game is fleshed out.

I didn't realize I could zoom until the very end, so I was missing a lot of the map.

This one was very cool and much deeper than I first anticipated. It pulled me in with its "simple to learn, hard to master"-like gameloop.

Loved the game. It's a brilliant mix of strategy and adventure. Nicely done!

Man this was pretty to look at! Loved all the wobbly bits and vibrant colors. Great work on the entry!

One of the most unique ideas I saw at GameJam, I really liked it. Congratulations!

LOVED the game. Unfortunately I encountered the problem of "no more controls for you" after finding a couple cogs. Couldn't reset my path and the path never connected to my base anymore- Will revisit this later to play again though ♥

Pretty nice and unusual idea actually! Got bug and stuck somehow, but still neat game.

It took me a bit to understand, but this is a very interesting idea. I did eventually get a softlock where I couldn't move on from the exploration phase for some reason. Regardless, this definitely has potential.

I really enjoyed it and can clearly imagine what a full game would be like, with more levels and everything. Perhaps a way to see enemy actions in advance would be cool to create a deeper layer of strategy (something like Into the Breach), and maybe some player advancements here and there (health and walking time, for example). But as a game jam, it's great! Very well done!

Developer

Thanks for playing! That's a good suggestion about the enemies, there's definitely some communication issues there. I will think of a way to better communicate their intentions

Really cool concept and I like the visuals!

Developer

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

Mmmm, my keyboard inputs aren't being read in the game, anything from resetting the path, undo. Starting exploration phase. Even when i'm in fullscreen, i haven't rated yet but would like to know if there's a fix available

Developer

Oh no, sorry to hear that. Can you tell me more about your problem? What browser are you trying it on? If you run windows or mac, I can upload a downloadable version if you'd be interested in trying that instead.

I'm on a chromium based browser, I know Firefox causes issues with Web games often. The game reads the mouse inputs just fine, but when pressing anything on the keyboard it doesn't register it. I actually retried playing the game today and it works for some reason. Must be a WebGL bug ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I Think There Should've Been A Way To Heal I Think Maybe There Was But I Couldn't Survive That Long And I've Been Playing It Since, I Just Came From School And Going To Play Again

Developer

Thanks for playing! I know it's not super clear but you heal HP every time you complete a loop!

Submitted

Yeah I Never Completed A Loop When I Started Losing HP, But I Am Going To Be Playing This Until I Get Those Parts I Cant Stay On That Planet No More😁

Pretty easy to understand, though I couldn’t really predict the enemy movement. Intresting take overall.

Developer

Thanks for playing! That's a good point!

very fun game, interesting take on the theme and i love it! maybe a bit of a more in depth tutorial could have made it easier to understand, i felt a bit lost at the beginning, but game jam so understandable :) im not great at puzzle games usually but the difficulty seemed perfect, i felt the need to think hard about some of them but also never struggled enough to fully give up. great job!

if you have time, id really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on my game (https://itch.freezing.top/jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3780834) - its my first game jam and im looking to get better!

Developer

Thanks for playing and for sticking with it!

Thank you so much!

Really fun concept !! I think i would've liked additional mechanics such as a way to increase your time walking around or less hunger loss. Maybe something to do with turret range. Still kept me playing !!

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the suggestions! I definitely want to level up on progression design!

Submitted(+1)

excelent concept. is there a way to undo the path?

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! During the Draw Phase you can press "Z" to undo the last point or press "R" to clear the entire path. Hope that helps!

Amazing work! The gameplay is super unique and I thought the strategy / challenge was really well balanced. I definitely abused the fact that night 1 has no monsters lol. The art is really stylized too I love it. Would be so cool to turn this into a full game with different planets etc. Maybe turrets you plant around the base etc. Anyways great job and congrats! Also if you like puzzle platformers feel free to check my entry out :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! And for the great suggestions!

Nice work, love the art! I love how everything is animated and feels alive. The gameplay is very unique and definitely fits the theme well. Only suggestion would be to be more consistent with the visual style between the UI and game.

Congrats on your submission :)

Developer

Thank you so much for playing!

It would be good if everything was in the pixel art style. The UI borders, the selection reticle, and the movement arrows seem to clash with the rest of the style. It would be good if the character flipped to the left when moving left.

If you expand it, I would have liked some safe spaces out in the darkness. Also some more mechanics, like: ability to upgrade your base. Ability to see a spot out in the darkness without having to go there.

I got enough ship parts and escaped, hooray! I would have played more. It's good not knowing what is in the dark and having to explore it. I like the pixel art style. The main character especially looks nice.

Developer

Great job on completing it! And thanks for all that thoughtful feedback, definitely a lot of great suggestions I'll keep in mind
