Very nicely done! I really like the aesthetic. Very cool.
Beautiful game! I love the art style and parallax/post-processing effects. The anomalies were tricky enough to keep me guessing the whole time, and I really like how you even needed to pay attention to the character dialogue to find certain anomalies. Well crafted and fun from beginning to end!
seen this looping room anomaly idea a few times now in this jam, and i think this is my favourite looking one. the subtle parallax, the mood lighting and artwork is great. nice job!
It was a really good, full complete, and with a lot of style. Really liked this one!
I survived all 14 nights at the diner & all I got was this T-shirt haha. Really enjoyed this. Some things to consider - when you leave the diner to the left, on the next day the character starts also facing the left like he is about to exit again, should be just entering. I would also like to be able to increase the walk speed or sprint because when you get to the end of the diner if you see an anomaly and have to turn back it takes quite a while. Lastly, I would really, really like to be able to interact with "that one" anomaly. You know which one I'm talkin bout. Congrats on a great everyone!
oh yeah thats a great idea! i do know which one you mean, will have a look at implementing that! thanks for all the feedback, great stuff :D
Incredibly cool game and nice take on the anomaly horror genre. The noir aesthetic is fantastic and really adds to the world building. The anomalies themselves are nice variety, are spooky in their own way (at least the first time you stumble by them) and none was particularly hard to notice (except for the "go away" sign maybe). Really enjoyed it, these kind of games might be a little lacking in gameplay but you leaned into the eyecandy and atmosphere the right amount to really make up for it.
thanks for trying it! happy to hear you enjoyed it :)
Great game! The concept and mysterious atmosphere are amazing. The subtle changes makes you think wisely and think if it's normal or an anomaly. Restarting at day 1 can be hard especially when you've come so far in the game. Maybe a spawn point every 5 or 10 day could help. Still, the challenge helps in continuing the game with the motivation of finishing it.
Thanks for the great feedback! yes that seems to be a common response, so definitely something we will look into. thanks for playing!
VFX and also the color palette makes me want to stick for more. Gonna love the anomaly type of game appear in more game jams.
lots of horror game jams happening as it gets to halloween so im sure there will be more games in this genre soon!
Wonderful VFX that make the atmosphere feel tense as you try to figure out what's wrong, the music adds to this making it feel extra spooky. It wasn't to long but for the amount that there was I really liked it.
why thank you :)
the game feels really mysterious and it didn try to be subtle when needed and be obvious when there's something wrong!
loved the gameplay and the visuals as well!
thanks a lot! glad you enjoyed :)
Really atmospheric game with great visuals! I was confused at how to mark things as anomalous at first, so making that clearer might be good. Also, I think resetting the game back to day 1 on failure is a bit too harsh. But otherwise this was a very well made game and I enjoyed it! Thanks for submitting, VOD here.
Appreciate the feedback hugely! so cool to get to watch someone actually playing our game, thanks so much :)
Ended up hooking me in until I beat it, very enjoyable to figure out the anomalies and the art just makes it chef's kiss!
good to hear! we appreciate it very much :)
This was such a great submission! Love the Exit 8 reference, it fits the theme of loop so well and the art is just incredible! Amazing work!
glad you liked it, thanks a lot! :)
couldnt go thro the whole game but art really stood out
thanks very much for trying it out!
very intriguing athmosphere!
thanks a lot!
The visuals are wonderful! I love the overall aesthetic of the game, it's simple yet amazing. It activated my detective mode! finding out what's wrong was really satisfying, and the music and SFX fit well too! Great job!

Thanks for playing! glad you liked it :D
The theme and art style is incredible. I'm very excited to see y'all turn this into a narrative game. I agree that the loop reset back to day 1 felt a bit harsh but it was worth the trouble. Great job!
We will have a look at changing that if we make any updates! thanks a lot for the feedback, glad you liked it! :)
The artwork and sound design were fantastic, and the mix of "spot-the-difference" with the paranormal investigation theme was really well executed! Great stuff!
Very much appreciated! glad you enjoyed :)
Very creative and nice implemented!
Cheers! :D
Really loved the visuals and atmosphere! The story setup was intriguing too. My only complaint is that resetting the player all the way back to day one after missing an anomaly seems a maybe a little harsh. Although since the game is pretty short anyway, its not much of a problem. Other than that, great job!
Yes we've had some other people say its a bit harsh as well, for sure something we'll look into changing, or maybe making it optional with some sort of difficulty setting! Thanks a lot for trying it out, happy you liked it! :)
