Simple, relaxing and rich in content. Impressive that u made it in only 4 days!
Also the background story reminds me of Stardew Valley... like A LOT XD
Wow, you caught me—I've been totally addicted to Stardew Valley lately. The difference is, the protagonist doesn't have a farm passed down by their grandpa, so he have to rent one instead.😄
This was very cute and relaxing! I really liked the variety of plants you had and the way the grid system really played into the bonusses the different plants had. As a bit of feedback, it would have been helpful to me to get some feedback when a special ability of a plant activates. This would have helped me understand the mechanics of the game faster I think.
Really well done! I enjoy this :D
Thank you for trying out the game and for your suggestions! Your advice is very useful and has sparked a lot of inspiration for me. I believe adding feedback when triggering plant mechanisms can really enhance the visual presentation of the game. Thank you so much!ヾ(・ω・`。)
I liked the mental puzzle of working through the bonuses. The sprites look great.
Thanks for your like! ヾ(・ω・`。)
yay another farmer :) :) howdy :D
very simple and neat! the interface is very clear and intuitive.
I also liked that when you collect the crop it sells automatically (I should've done that mechanics as well since there is nothing else to do with crops anyways)
Nice and sweet :) Well done! very relaxing
Thank you so much for your appreciation! I'll give your farming game a try too.ヾ(・ω・`。)
Really chill game, I got lost in the planting and completely forgot to watch my rent :D
(I had to pay around 2000 when I went bankrupt)
Thank you for trying! That's a shame—if you haven't succeeded yet, you must have gone bankrupt in the final week.ヾ(・ω・`。)
Relaxing to play and to look at, could easily be built out into something bigger. Great work.
Thank you so much for trying it out! I'm really glad you could feel the potential in my game. Within the limited timeframe of the Game Jam, showcasing this core gameplay's ability to expand into much richer content was exactly what I wanted to highlight the most.ヾ(・ω・`。)
very cool game, good job!
Thanks for your like! ヾ(・ω・`。)
it is so chill to play!! i love that you can choose to pass to the next day by yourself, so i can take time to plan with no rush. love the vibe of the game!!
Thank you for your like! I'm really glad you understood my design intent. I do want to provide players with a relaxed gaming environment where they can try out various crop combinations at their own pace, thereby enhancing the game's replayability.ヾ(・ω・`。)
Nice chill game! Love it! :)
Thank you for your like!ヾ(・ω・`。)
Great farming game. Good choice of art and audio assets, fits the game well 8]
Thanks for your like!ヾ(・ω・`。)
Super cool! Love farming sims and this one hits the mark for balance and satisfaction
Thanks for your like!ヾ(・ω・`。)
Really loved this one, such a chill experience (well aside from rent lol). Could see this evolving to a chill farming sim of sorts. Great choice of music from the legend Kevin Mcleod too. Really fantastic job!
Thank you for liking it! I originally planned that in the final week of clearing the game, the protagonist would have saved up enough money to buy the farm, so there would be no need to pay rent afterward. I kind of forgot why I didn't go with that setting.= ̄ω ̄=
Oh that would be awesome, would be nice to have my own farm! Solid work in the short time nonetheless!
Very relaxing Very nice game :)
Was a bit hard to keep track of bonuses and when things were ready but was really easy to go into the loop ^_^
Thank you for your attempts and feedback! I think adding some UI display in the future can improve this issue.♪(・ω・)ノ
looks very nice and the music is relaxing.
I find it a bit hard to keep all of the bonuses of the different plants in mind when planting.
Thanks for trying it! I want to explore the game's playability through more complex reward mechanics. If time allowed, I would have designed it to gradually unlock crops by achieving objectives – that would probably make the onboarding experience much smoother. Unfortunately, time was tight during this game jam.ヾ(・ω・`。)
That definitely sounds like it would have helped, but yup. Game-Jam time is a very limited resource! ^^
Cool game!

Nice and simple farming game!

I was searching for a game similar to ours, and this was the closest. You did a really great job tying together the game loop. Good work!
Thank you for your like, and I'll try out your game too.ヾ(・ω・`。)
it was fun, I didn't win. but I had fun
Thank you for your like. You can try wheat + chili + pumpkin.ヾ(・ω・`。)
I enjoyed this a ton, super impressed by how polished this feels. The synergies feel great and the gameplay loop is solid. The only thing I can think that could use some work is the balance, though it's still pretty good for the most part (wheat + chili + pumpkin was my winning combo, had over 25k by the end). Really great job!
Thanks for trying it! I also really like the wheat + chili + pumpkin combination, (#^.^#). The balance really needs to be improved, but unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't make further adjustments this time.
The art is so cute! I didn't manage to win, just kept losing, but I had fun trying) Nice work!
Thanks for trying it! Due to my lack of experience, I may not have managed the difficulty very well, so I'm really sorry o(╥﹏╥)o I hope to encourage players to try more good combinations, so I've raised the goal of completing the game a bit.
