With all due respect, this is ridiculous. You have all of this information already. Nobody should be asked to send in a support request, let alone to then have to come post their ticket ID on a public forum repeatedly to beg for the money they are owed.
Delays can happen for a variety of reasons and that is understandable, but what is not understandable is the active choice to take advantage of people's patience by avoiding communication with the affected people and trying to force them to reach out first. When people request a payout for the money they are owed, the ball is now in your court. If there is an issue, it's on you to tell them.
I highly suggest you open the database with all payouts, filter by pending, sort by date or amount and actively send e-mails to everybody affected by delays telling them why the delay is happening and if there is anything they need to do that they otherwise couldn't know about.
