Interesting idea, simple game, good execution.

Really good job, wow!

Hey, thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it, an ending could have been great, but we didn’t have time to create one. (Btw, small spoiler, there are few bugs, like making enemies stuck xdd, but you can ignore it :D)

Great game, I like the different types of enemies and the art. What I would change though, are the player attacks to be based on the position of the mouse cursor instead of the WASD (you also couldn't attack up or down, only left and right).

Thank you for the feedback and playing the game! And yes, we are aware of all these possible improvements and bug fixes, however due to time, we didn't manage to balance the game how we wanted to (and ofc, what even is a gamejam game if it doesn't contain some bugs :D).

Good job, didn't expect to see a horror game in this game jam, really liked it.

Really unique idea, great take on the theme, enjoyed it

So far, probably the best game (except mine :DD) out of the 15+- I've rated, really enjoyed that.

Game is really good and polished, the art is really nice as well.

Maybe a bit simple, but still good job!

Ah, I got it, even though I still didn't see it sometimes, I randomly clicked and got through it. Anyways, the game looks really cool, I like the visuals, especially of the gambling games.

I really like the visuals, artstyle and the story. Personally, storytelling games are not for me, so it slightly seemed boring, but I can imagine some would enjoy this more than I did.

Hey, yes, you're supposed to be sneaky as a thief, so after pressing E, you need to run away for 30seconds to successfully get the money. We were aware that it might not be that descriptive, but we didn't have time to implement tutorial or better instructions.

I'm not sure if it's on my side, but right after standing up, I cant get out of the conversation scene with the guy. I tried pressing and holding everything. Could you please explain how to proceed?

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed.

I see! Smart.

Insane brum brum burm and blu blu blu. But the best was mooo mooo moooo (love the visuals, controls and music). But I'm not sure if Im missing something, but I dont see how it's connected to the theme?

Insane, the sounds of the brakes as well, great detail. Appreciated that I could push another car to the right of the screen and put it on my roof xdd

Yea, we are aware, thanks for playing!

Good idea, really like it, but too bad you uploaded an old version, because in the uploaded one, I couldn't hear any music, no dialogues were being triggered when I was asked to interact with E to listen. Also, not sure how, but I got multiple questions in one room?

Great visuals and simple controls. As julieri said, there was some trouble with shaving the last bit of the hair, but maybe that was intentional. I would appreciate some other features the player could do, because currently, he just holds the left click and clicks the next customer button. In the last mff game jam, there was a similar game that had tool and specs upgrades (e.g. cutting speed, cutting range, scissors -> machine -> laser gun), which made the game much more fun. The changing of the customers is cool, overall, good job!

I like the animations, art and the idea, but on the other hand, I don't like that I can't walk diagonally and the hitboxes of the attack are a bit weird (I tried hitting the machine multiple times and I got teleported randomly or the machine registered 1/10 smashes), still good job tho.

Love the art, music, animations, detail on everything. Very simple game, but very well worked-out.

Artstyle is crazy, love it. I also liked the screen shakes when the storm was getting closer, nice detail. Overall, good game, but it felt maybe too simple, would add some other features or twists (e.g. the plant moving randomly inside the map or somehow scale the level, higher level -> more plants to find/specific plants to find in order to pass to the next one).

Interesting, simple idea, similar to cookie clicker with twist of losing your fingers, I like it!

Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you liked the game. I also agree that tutorials would be a great addition, will work on that.

Really great game, pretty accurate for the situation :D. The music in the intro got me really into it. The only thing I was missing is the visuals of the bread, like maybe, after baking it, it would appear on the desks in the starting room or something, but other than that, good job!

I loved it.  Such an original idea with great story and visuals. Only thing I'm a bit sad about is how short it was...wondering if it would be expandable somehow later on. But for a short game really cool!

Loved the art, the hammer sound, the overall game itself. Would add the summary for the defendant as well, because sometimes, there was too much text for me.

Thank you, the feature of changing words each round was meant to be there, but there was a small bug I didn't notice, it's a shame, but if you would like to try slighty better version (at least with fixed maths and different words) check https://cenkyy.itch.io/from-hero-to-zero

Heya, thank you, it's a shame there were small bugs in there, especially not changing different words in each round, but if you would like to try it again, I've updated slightly fixed version here: https://cenkyy.itch.io/from-hero-to-zero
