Thank you very much for your reminder! The credit card number has been deleted.

The original price was $3.75, and the payment input field on the system had a default value of $6.00. I tried to change it by using Ctrl + A to select all and then typed 3.75.

Unfortunately, it seems that the system does not recognize Ctrl + A, and it also automatically shifts the decimal point, so what I entered was interpreted as 6003.75$ instead of 3.75$.

Thank you very much for your reminder!

Thank you for your contributions to thecommunity.

I would like to report a refund request:

1) I originally intended to pay $3.75, but it was mistakenly paid as $6003.75.

2) I would like to explain that it has now been 6 days since I first sent emails Itch Support  (support@itch.io) regarding my refund request. Yet, I have not received any response or update so far.

3) I'm not sure if there is a strict “7-day refund window” policy, but I’m concerned that I may miss the chance to receive a refund due to the delay.

Could you please let me know approximately when I can expect the refund to be processed?

Thank you again for your time and understanding.

Best regards.

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to explain that I have already sent two emails to Itch.io Support (support@itch.io) about three days ago, however, I am sorry that I have not received any response until now.

I have read in some community posts that "Itch.io may only allow refunds within 7 days of purchase". I am not sure whether this is accurate, but I am quite concerned about the refund eligibility due to the relatively large amount I paid.

I hope you understand my concern and sincerely appreciate your assistance.

Best regards

I think the design of the payment mechanism is very unreasonable:

1) Its payment amount is surprisingly customized and can be infinitely higher than the original price. I think payment and donation should be separated

2) The decimal point in the text box surprisingly moves to the right, otherwise, the maximum payment would be $63.75

Thank you for your reply.

I have sent two emails to support@itch.io 15 hours ago,  but did not receive a response.

Hello. I originally intended to pay $3.75, but it was mistakenly paid as $6003.75. Please refund me, thank you.

My Visa credit card account is ****************.

The  system design is too unreasonable. Why can't you only pay for the price of the goods?
