Ooo I see, awesome. Appreciate it either way haha :)

Thank you for playing on stream, for the feedback, and for the kind words!
I enjoyed watching the vod. :)

Yeah level 8 seems to be much harder than all of the others, sorry for that. "^_^
Ah yeah, we're aware of that bug.
An indicator for where the moles would go is a good idea!

Thank you for the feedback and for playing on stream! :D

Sorry, there was not supposed to be a downloadable version.
As for web not working, I'm sorry for that, sad to hear :(

If you don't mind sharing, what browser are you running it on, and what do you see in the viewport? (Just a black screen? Loading bar that wouldn't finish?)

Thank you very much! All very good suggestions and honestly don't necessarily increase the scope by much. :)

Thank you for the detailed feedback. :)
The difficulty curve is for sure bad at the moment, I don't blame you for getting bored. It seems we're losing a lot of players before a new flower is introduced (7th puzzle) haha.
The UI element for required flowers definitely needs changing, I like your checkmark idea for that.
TIL moles don't eat flowers. :')

Thank you! 100% agree, we'll work on it!

Hey, thank you for the detailed feedback!!
We'd love check out the VOD. please do share a link once you've posted it. :)

We agree that level 8 is currently significantly more difficult than the rest, we'll have to redesign most of the levels I think.

The moles are actually meant to move towards more mature flowers, as you suggested. But I agree that currently they move very unpredictably and something needs to be done about that.

We were not aware of the tutorial level bug you mentioned, thank you for pointing it out!

Yooo I can't believe I missed out on rating this. Would have been a 5 across the board for me. My favorite game from this jam.

Obviously the visuals and audio are gorgeous, but I can't get over how creative this game let's the player be when you get to the more complex levels.
Honestly incredible to me that this was made in 96 hours!
Enjoyed it a lot and played until I cleared all levels on 3 stars. :) I even managed to clear the last level in 29 rails (rather than the 34 you need for 3 stars) which felt great.

Would love to see this made into a full Steam game. :D
Suggestion for quicker controls if this was made into a full game:
- Hotkeys for different materials (1, 2, 3, etc., like in Poly Bridge)
- Click + drag to set a direction as you're placing a directional rail.

Awesome party game. Could have been a blast if I had someone over to play it with me haha

I personally don't like the idea of AI generated menu backgrounds.
But other than that I loved everything about the visual aesthetic, from menu layout to character portraits to environment!
Audio's on point as well.

Lovely game!!
The music and art are super cozy, and I love how the aesthetic changes as you progress.

In my opinion one thing this game could benefit from is a more interactive (less wordy) tutorial. The existing tutorial is very clear, but some people might not have the patience to read when they're still just trying out the game.

Also, here's a tiny typo in case it wasn't spotted yet:
At the start, in the level named "Rainy Day", Matilda's dialogue is: "I bet I can grab these 2 berries and return...". But there are 3 berries she needs to grab.

Thank you!!
We appreciate the kind words and the very valid feedback.
We 100% agree with these points and hope to improve on them if/when we hopefully make this into a full game!

Thank you! Solid feedback, we agree with every word.

Thank you very much!

Thank you!! We appreciate the kind words and the valuable feedback! :D

Yoo thank you!!! A lot of my favorites are in there with us :D

Thanks!
I saw someone else's spreadsheet so I'm already aware, but cool stuff either way.
Congrats on your game's impressive results in all categories!

Thank you for the praise and for the feedback! Solid points that we agree with and will hopefully reiterate on after the jam. :)

Yooo thank you for the kind words!!! Very happy that you noticed because I worked super hard on those mole and flower animations haha.

Woah, thank you so much! Really happy you liked it to that extent! No promises but hopefully more in the future! :D

Thank you very much!!! :D

Thank you!! Appreciate the kind words and glad you enjoyed it :D

Thank you for the very kind words!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D

Thank you very much!! Happy you enjoyed it :D

Thank you!!! The praise means a lot to us when coming from you guys!

Hey!! Thank you for the praise and the feedback, we're aware haha, sadly we couldn't get UI to scale properly on web in time :')

Omg those are the kindest words!!! Thank you so much for making my day with this comment!!!

Another banger from slimewitch!! Idk how you come up with these simple mechanics that are so hard to master

I remembered Nine Slice from last year and wanted to check out if you participated this year as well. Very happy I did that because I love this game!!!

I love the aesthetic / visual style, and an easy 5 for narrative!! All around great entry!!

Very creative concept that works really well! And I love how all the in-game elements make sense in the narrative. (hedges for walls, patches of tall grass as the "collectibles".)
Also very impressive that you managed to find time to add in a level selector and volume control within the short duration of the jam.

Thank you for the kind words and the feedback!!

Thank you! I'll check it out!

Hey! Thank you for the high praise, and for taking the time to play the game through and write out your thoughts in detail. :)
We really appreciate all the kind words and I personally fully agree with your feedback. Hopefully after the jam we can find the time to reiterate on the difficulty curve and come up with more restrictive levels that teach the player more.
Thank you!!

Amazing!! this game works TOO well.

Thank you! Appreciate the kind words :D

Thank you!! Glad you enjoyed it :D

Addictively fun.

Thank you!! Happy to hear you liked it, I appreciate the kind words! :D

Yoooo what a sick entry. Thanks for using my fonts btw. :)
