The is a problema in round numbers. Wheen I pleyd Capitalism card, I had 100 points and goes to 109 points, not 110!!! (Actually, ws NPC card)
I really enjoyed the game, but, event with theme loop, I think some math balance can/could be done. I played a lot, its nice to play, but I aways win. Some card alway be played in the saame order and NPC cards with Burglaar is a killer "hand" only change depends if you are above or bellow certain number of points (500 to be exactly, around it).
I REALLY enjoyed. Very good to play and well polished. But I think, tight now, it tooooo easy! =)

A little slow (my opinion, not a fact!). Maybe the "problem" was the interface. Click "E" to search. Something (to me) is weird and a bit clunky. Something is slowing down the gameplay for me. I see potential there.
You're in the middle of something common, something ordinary, and something really cool that I want to play ten more times. The idea of using workmates was excellent =)
I'll probably come back to it later, maybe in a different mood (or after a good night's sleep, after programming for 20 hours straight) (laughs). It's not a criticism, it's something I see room for improvement, okay? I really enjoyed the game!
I completed 6 loops. I really liked the game overall, but I see a problem with the camera. The character is relatively small (perhaps due to the perspective), but the view is quite impaired, often with you already on top of the enemy.
I liked the maze where the doors open and rearrange. Not everything has to be random =)
There's a glitch when changing levels. I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I thought it looked strange. Either it's intentional and it turned out really well, or it needs some polish =)
Fun to play, but with some issues to work on (for the future).
1. Only local multiplayer is a bit boring, at least for testing.
2. But the full game, with local multiplayer, is fun, so it could be part of a racing game without (only) multiplayer.
3. I didn't notice any sense of urgency. A lap counter and a timer could help.
4. The lap-by-lap construction system is a bit clunky. I mean, at this frequency, the game is a bit clunky. I'd prefer to place obstacles and play for 3 laps against a friend (for example).
5. The car control system is good to play, but it needs some kind of adjustment, as it often oversteers the car. If this doesn't turn into a car customization system (a store, upgrades, in-game level-ups...), it's a good idea to add some kind of command/menu at the beginning of the level or during the game so I can control how sensitive the movement is.
Cool game, has potential for other things. Congratulations!
Hello redplanet ,
Thanks for the excellent feedback. I decided to join the JAM at the last minute and completed the entire game in under 20 hours. That explains the concise descriptions. =)
However, just before the final version, the game simply BROKEN. Cool and fun things like the flashlight in the bathroom (and the effects it generated) ended up being left out of this version. I'd rather participate with SOMETHING than not participate at all.
I'll finish the game and fix the crash after the voting period is over, and I'll be more relaxed and able to sleep (laughs).
The PT game deserves better descriptions than I did, but the fact that you're in a loop can sometimes make writing long or descriptive texts tiring, given the type of game a text-based adventure is. It's a delicate balance, thinking about 2025 =)
Thanks again for the feedback, and I'm glad to hear there's some interest in text adventures! =)
