Sale Not Appearing on Project Page

Hello folks,

I just set up a Winter Sale for one game, but the sale isn't appearing on the project page, so can only be accessed through the Sale page. Did I do something wrong or is this an itch.io bug? I read the information about setting up a sale and I can't see anything I missed, so the sale should appear on the project page. I'm not sure how to fix it.

Thanks in advance for any help! - AP.

Perhaps you created a bundle offer instead of listing the project for sale?

I did wonder that, which is why I went back over how to set up a sale but it looks like there is only one way to do it unless I am mistaken? I selected from the menu the "Sales & bundles" and looks like it's the same set-up for either.

I'm experiencing this too, with 11 items on sale. They can be purchased all together as a bundle on the sale page with the discounted rate, but none of the individual pages show the sale and can only be purchased individually at the full price. The sale is not set up as a bundle.

This seems to be a widespread problem. I've checked about 20 other users' sales, and over half of their on-sale items do not show the discounted price on the individual page, even when their sale consists of only that one product.

EDIT - I found a way to fix it. I went in to edit the sale, removed one item from the sale, and saved the sale. Then suddenly every item showed the proper discount on the individual pages. I then went back into editing the sale to add that one item back in and save it again, and thankfully everything still shows the proper discount price.

Ah I just tested this and it worked! Thank you so much! Glad it wasn't me doing something silly xD
