How does the game fit the theme?
You collect biscuits throughout a day, a day has a limited amount of time. The player has limited amount of health. Once you want to upload your score to the online leaderboard you have to lock in. If you die before locking in you lose all your score. The further you are in the game the riskier it gets.

Try to learn on the coding aspect about scriptable objects, state machines, inheritance, procedural animation, coroutines and shaders. Also try to learn blender and practice drawing to make nice visuals for your game. One of the MOST IMPORTANT things that you can learn in game development is working organized!!! A lot of projects never see the light of day because developers lose track of the project. Make a base prototype first and a solid gameplay loop and when everything works start polishing. It helps a lot working with Trello. Good luck on your game dev Journey!

Some early levels felt a bit like troll levels with most of the biscuits in very hard spots
Yeah that sometimes happens, all levels are randomly generated so not a single playthrough is the same. Including difficulty each day, level layouts, positions of biscuits, enemies and hazards. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to completely refine this generation. So sometimes levels do feel unfair. I'm sorry :(

Great look and vibe. I think the main gimmick of the physics dragging of biscuits could have used some more time in the oven, it felt frustrating to use.

Pretty cool and well polished game, the visuals are pretty nice. Though, the pick-up mechanic is kinda janky, and I feel it needs more polishing, as a lot of times, I was trying to pick up, but it just wasn't picking it up, maybe a little ui could help.
Overall a pretty fun experience.
Also, I lost my run because of this, that biscuit got stuck, spent a lot of time trying to take it out, but it didn't help.
Yeah the biscuits get wedged sometimes. I intentionally kept it in because then you would have to go to the other side and push it out. This was a bit unclear though which is entirely my mistake.
The pickup mechanic did need some work lol. Thanks for playing!

The visuals are a a nice Limbo quote. I also liked the UI and story but I did lose patience quickly with collecting biscuits; that obstacle before the first basket was fun to do with the janky physics - I actually think they fit the behaviour of rats very well - I just didn't wan to do if ten times. That's not your fault. Goob job!

This game is probably one of my favourite submissions so far! I really like the subtle creepy feeling that the game created in my head. I love the interaction with the biscuits it just felt so rewarding and satisfying to get them into the basket. Simply lovely! You should be really proud of yourself mate! :D

Third best rat scavenger on the entire planet reporting! Very fun concept, looks extremely well but didn’t really keep me engaged for too long, not really big on the back-n-forth thing but that’s just me.
Had some frustrating moments due to physics, biscuits being stuck in a tight hole they SHOULD pass through on day 2 I think? But yeah, it’s a jam.
Overall, hope it gets fleshed out one day because we need more rat gaming

Honestly, pretty cool game. Fit the theme well. Really really sick gameplay loop. Though, maybe "E" isn't the best interact button, since pulling an object and moving to the right felt really awkward. And also, I found that just pushing the object instead of pulling it worked and felt a lot better lmaooo. In fact, I was able to push the heavy rare biscuits without the strength upgrade lol

This game was amazing! Art was great, controls were mostly polished, and it was really fun to play! I did find a bug, however. Once you have a backpack, if you try to grab one of those big boxes, it will go into your backpack and start to push you in the direction you were going. That was what ultimately killed me on day 11! Otherwise, this game was amazing!!
