This game is a pure Gem! 🥰🥰🥰
I really love how cute the game looks and I laughed out loud when I rode the Roomba for the first time!😁
If I had anything to say about any potential improvement, it would be that the collision boxes could be reduced a little bit to avoid being stuck in a door. But this is minor compared to how great the game feels to play.
Very nice job!
Really cute idea and well executed, great job!
I really like the art and game concept, Nice job!
If you want to, could you please rate my game too?
Beautiful game, the art is gorgeous and the story is true to life. There's no game with a cat that can't be fun.
Cats are the best! 😸
I really liked the graphics and the cozy theme! Took me a moment to figure out why to ride Roomba (the boxes felt a bit big to be vacuume). Nice game!
Nice game. It was short but it was good. You have not only worked on the game but also worked well on the main menu too. The gameplay is also smooth and seems pretty optimised.
Thanks! I think I spent a little too much time on the "How to Play" section IMO, but I wanted to make it flashy and interesting instead of presenting a wall of text for the player to read.
This was a great idea! I love the originality here! I can't wait to see what you have in store with future updates. Great job all around! I left you a rating. Please give our game jam game a play if you have a minute.
cool game I've been watching your videos cood you add my game to one of them soon?
I'll see what I can do.
ok thanks
I found it cozy in a way, the idea of controlling a Roomba is a fun touch and the simplicity of it i enjoyed! if i had to think of what could do better (do not take any offense), instead of making it levels with a timer increasing, I would make it spawn in infinitely (meaning once you get a fish it would put another on the field randomly) with a timer going down, but that's just my thoughts, still an amazing cozy lil game!

Thanks for the feedback! That was one of the things I thought of in the early development process. However, I eventually went with the idea of putting biscuits in fixed locations so that the player can come up with a specific strategy to beat the level instead of hoping to get a faster time by having the biscuit spawn near them.
Very charming! I think with even more rules/roles for when controlling Larry or the Roomba, and a few different environmental challenges, this could be fleshed out into a full release, good work and congrats on finishing the jam! :)
Thanks for the comment!
Short but fun game! Easy to control, and cute visuals. Fun to speedrun. Would really like to see more levels.
I hit a bug on my last run though and got 2-3 snacks in one go? Got 34.2 Seconds as highscore.
Thanks for playing! You're the first person to mention about that glitch since I never got it while playtesting my game.
Great core idea, but I personally found the gameplay to be a bit repetitive and the hitboxes to be pretty weird.
Thanks for the feedback! Adjusting the hitboxes was one of the things I had to tweak a lot while making my game. If I made the Roomba or the doorway hitboxes too big, the player would not be able to fit through while riding the Roomba. Perhaps I should've made the doorways bigger so that the player will be able to fit through and the sprites don't overlap with each other.
Fun! I personally would adjust some collisions, and also if you are running when you control the roomba, it kinda glitches and you need to stay still to control it. I don't know if that's intended, but it was a killer for me when I tried to improve my score in further plays. Overall nice game play and cohesive sound/visuals.
36.3 seconds, can you make it faster?
Thanks for the feedback. I haven't found a way to fix the glitch where the player would not be able to ride the Roomba if they were running towards it and press the "z" or the "e" keys. Maybe if I had more time, I would've fixed it, but oh well. :/
Amazing! The idea is great and work well, (the Roomba was a little slow though) the music is 10/10 and the art is cute, although the mixels and lack of a defined colour palette does bring it down a bit; I suggest having less colours with more contrast.
The game did lack polish and juice, but overall, great job.
Fun cute chilled little game enjoyed it.
Art style and music were great the UI and presentation was perfect
Cute! Everything is cute. Art, music. Simple gameplay but it's a bit fun. Nice!
If you want to give it a try, check out my game too!
Your game was great! I'll make a playthrough video of it this week.
