Very very interesting take on the theme. Having to hold the LMB was kinda difficult, but the time for winning its perfect for a jam. Congratulations!

I survived... barely. But hey! I took control!
Haha, how come the pharmacy is not a google translate for drunk people? Who said that?
I ended the game with one missing key, i don't know if it was intended or not. Nice twist on the take control thing. One thing that i noted is that the UI doesn't quite match the game art, maybe its just me. Had a blast playing it. I wonder how did you manage to generate all those assets with AI, they look pretty consistent.
Wow, this game is simple yet, is an excellent one! I loved how the art and music feels so right. There's no penalty for hitting the wrong button and the fluffy sheeps moves between transitions, but I really think this game with a bit of work could be making some money on poki on crazygames. It just feels like a real piece of a minigame. Even when the "take control" theme is a bit forced, I think this one will really rank high in my score, because it made my feel like I was playing a professional game, not a 9-day game jam entry.
Got stuck at level 5 I guess, couldn't get past the pit. I like how you change the "mind control" on each level, that really makes it stand out from classic platformers.Music fits the game and the jumping sound is also kinda hypnotic. It's a bit challenging, but maybe because I always struggle with games based on skill. Congratulations!
Well. I think I actually managed to get most endings. I've even managed to make poor elder die in sadness! I think it's very original take on the theme, that is a 5-star for sure, taking control of the plot. If I may suggest something, I loved the voiceover, but maybe mixing too many voices together made it difficult for me (a non native english speaker) to understand some words. Game has a lot of replay-ability and I think having a "control-voice" is an extra point here. Congratulations on your entry!
Awesome art indeed, and the for sure the best juice of all the entries I've played! I defeated the Macho Macho Man, but it took me two tries. One thing that made the game less "fun" was shooting the enemies from far away, and since they don't go down platforms that made me exploit that a few times to progress easily. I would say that the control theme is there, but feels a little forced. But, putting that aside, the experience is great and I would definitely continue expanding on it since it remind me a lot of Katubas Poacher, another great GDevelop game.
Pace of the game is kinda slow. It would be nice if you added your custom buttons instead of the GDevelop default ones. Some times it wasn't very clear with the options, what the outcome would be, maybe a small color or icon hint would be more fun there. I liked the captain expressions and the music was fine. Keep it up!
As a person who gets really jump scared with this kind of games, I appreciate monster don't scream. I found the VR but couldn't pick it up, I've been having a lot of bugs with games on this jam I'm starting to think it's just me. The tone is horror + funny, and it brings what it promises. I think there is some room for polish still and maybe a small map would be cool? I don't know. Congratulations on your submission.
Bugs:
- Sometimes triggering the action Z spawns multiple times the dialog.
- Hitting the wall as ghost sometimes before entering the pod shows the warning (even when you are not trying to reach other rooms)
- The hammer didn't show up on my gameplay (like I've already picked it up)
- The meteorite dissapeared when tried to fix it.
- If you move when hammering the engine moves.
- When it tolds you to take food, the body dissapears.
Hope you can reproduce them! Have a nice day.
Dude, you didn't made me play a game. You made me play a story. It engages, it has a shade of sadness, and the music at the 100 years scene was perfect. Has some minor bugs but overall you made a very enjoyable piece of art. It really looks like you planned and designed before starting the game. Congratulations!
I agree with other comments about the traffic lights positions. Once you get to it, you get the hang and start to enjoy it. But since cars are not turning and nothing else happens than cars going in straight lines, it becomes boring quickly. Other than those minor adjustments, congratulations on your first jam! It's a really cool take on the "take control" theme.
First game jam? Way better than expected then! Game is very polished, a cohesive art, a nice music + animation. Only small suggestion I would add that made the game less fun is the very unforgiving collision boxes. I was hoping somebody made a game like this (changing the controls) in the jam and finally found it. Very interesting and one of the most "ready to go" projects I've seen so far. Congratulations, great work!
Thank god those time constraints! That Grand inquisitor was annoying haha!
It was fun, but it very exploitable to just stand on the center and try haunt everyone to the center. I tried to "farm" souls from the outside, but it's very slow and for some reason enemies keep stalling at the center. Other than that, cool concept and take.
Absolute mind blowing art. Was very confusing to even start the game but I managed to even the part of the butterfly and night scene, then I died. Sound sometimes becomes a bit annoying. I had one moment of "wait, how long have I been playing this?" which is good I guess. The theme is not very present but the game, besides those menu bugs, looks polished and nice to play. Congratulations!
Ohhh, ok so after that I could properly play it and now I really like the concept, is more of a puzzle game. The boxes confused me a lot because I thought it would be some kind of sokoban, but boxes are merely to trap protestors or to be obstacles, right? Really enjoyed it now, hope you expand the "control" mechanisms and finally become a Mayor!
Really awesome take on the theme! Found the minigames very interesting (except for the second maybe, it was too frustrating as the hacker said). Game has cohesion, fun, chaos, and the kind of humour you put into it was very satisfying. I think this is one of the top entries of the jam, has to be.
Beware tho, I am the kind of person who watches the full credits and I'm filing a complaint for the post credits scene.
Have a blast trying it out! It remind me of "Shipped", a steam game. I found it quite difficult, never could get past 500 points. The UI and music matches the game pretty nicely. Is it me or the boats have differents AI? That was a nice touch.I really liked the wind/cannon bars. The theme is kinda superficial but overall a really polished entry.
Fun! I personally would adjust some collisions, and also if you are running when you control the roomba, it kinda glitches and you need to stay still to control it. I don't know if that's intended, but it was a killer for me when I tried to improve my score in further plays. Overall nice game play and cohesive sound/visuals.
36.3 seconds, can you make it faster?

You made an incredible game for a 9-day game jam. I know a lot of people won't appreciate it because it probably hard to understand and grasp the game concepts, but be proud you achieved an absolute piece of art there.
