Very cool and VERY ambitious jam entry! Making a minigame collection this extensive for a jam is crazy impressive, and the way they all flow into each other makes for a very fun cohesive gameplay experience. I was always excited to see what the succeeding predator would be after finishing a level, and the way the loop changes after the duck was a very welcome twist! Glad I didn't read the description so I experienced that blind, it got me good!

Developer

We’re really glad you were able to figure out the story path on your own and fully appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time

Developer

Oh, how nice to hear that! You're the perfect player of our dreams <3

I love this concept! This is an idea I had in my head for a game, and I'm so glad to see actualized especially in such a great way! The visuals are so fun, and the different minigames have a lot of variety, you guys should be proud of this one! Good job :)

Thank you! We really loved the idea of the cycle of nature, and we’re glad we managed to convey it.

It's the circle of life. And it moves us all. Through despair and hope, through faith and love.

The Loop to end all Loops. Love how well it fits the theme.

Developer

Yes, I hope that with the comic we managed to convey the message that the cycle continues in our modern world too.

This game is packed with a lot of nice art and mini games,  altogether with a good fitting theme...
And I was fooled! The duck didn't save my progress!
However I had a good time playing :) I'll give it another try later

Developer(+1)

Thank you, we appreciate the feedback <3 Happy you enjoyed it (did you try replaying after the duck? it kinda starts a new loop of games hehe)

Submitted

Nope, but I'll have it in mind the next time (If I'm able to reach the duck again)

Surprisingly large amount of content for a gamejam game!

Developer

Thank you, we worked really hard)

Art is fantastic throughout and overall fab take on the theme.

Found the difficulty to be a bit unforgiving in a few of the minigames, but impressive that there was so much variety between them.

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much, we appreciate it <3

I liked all the how you would go from dirt to frog and just keep going on as diffrent animals that was cool! Good job!

Developer

Thank you)

Interesting idea! I feel like there are a lot of things you could do with this concept.

Developer

Thank you, we`ll take that into account

Cool idea and game!

Seeing the frog the first time was almost a jumpscare lol, lost at the hedgehogs, would have liked to restart from there to be honest, very good game regardless, unique artstyle and nice concept!

Developer

Thank you for you time)

Submitted(+1)

oh my god the hedgehogs and fish were killing me!'

I recommend checkpoints at each stage.

Weirdly addicting, great aesthetic, atmospheric music, great job!

Developer(+1)

The plan was to occasionally roll back to the worm to illustrate the cycle — but it turns out players weren’t too thrilled about that. The duck sends you back either way according to the story, but in hindsight, the fish would’ve worked better for that approach.

a lot of content packed into a game that takes the loop theme and impliments it so well. nice visuals also.  and might I ask was the second level inspired by the classic arcade game zooma?

Developer(+1)

Yeah, when thinking about which animal could represent the act of eating, everyone immediately associated the frog with Zuma. So we reworked the core mechanic to better fit our game — and instead of spitting, we made it about devouring.

The art was super polished! There were a lot of different mini games, some of them took a little to get used to. but after that it great!

Developer

We are glad you liked it

Very cool art and variety, going back to the start is brutal though it does make getting further more rewarding

Developer(+1)

The return to the beginning was based on the jam’s theme — without it, we would’ve drifted too far from the core idea. We’re really glad you liked it!

Submitted(+1)

Cool game. Quite impressive the variety you subgenres you created for a single jam. Congrats !! =)

Developer

Thank you

Submitted(+1)

Wow! I was shocked how much content there was!

Such cool idea with loop of life.

I really enjoyed it and it was fun with multiple minigames!

Well done :D

Developer(+1)

thank you too

Submitted(+1)

Are you nuts? Planning a ton of minigames for a game jam is usually a recipe for disaster... but wait... you actually pulled it off? Huge congrats for making it work. That’s no small feat!”

Developer

Thank you so much, we’re really glad you appreciated our approach to development.

Developer

Fun fact: we had plans to include a hornet and a ferret, but by a surprising twist of fate, we felt we wouldn’t have time to finish them.

Stunning art, and super cool idea! Great job!

Developer

Submitted(+1)

cool idea! i enjoyed finishing a level to find out what the next iteration was!

Developer

I really hope you were able to see the ending and uncover the story :)

Submitted(+1)

Omg why did you make me come back and finish it?? That ending was traumatizing 😭
Really clever interpretation of the "loop" and life cycle theme though — beautifully done and emotionally brutal. <3

Developer(+1)

I really hope you got to see it — the artists spent a whole day working on it :)
